What stands out in the work Aaron did for me as a plumber was his professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy. I called him about a problem with my toilet------ running water continuously, even when the valve was shut off. He not only fixed that problem, but also pointed out the toilet rocked a little which meant that toxic air could be escaping. Aaron pulled the toilet and showed me how broken up the flooring was that caused the toilet not to be stable. I had another plumber before him who didn't put the new pump in accurately, and never told me the toilet base was not stable. No one wants to have toxic fumes escaping. So that plumber was faulty in his work on two issues When Aaron finished his work, he told me if I had any trouble with the toilet to call him. That was almost three months ago and the toilet is working fine-------and no toxic fumes. I might also add that I called Aaron about my problem around Christmas time, specifically Dec. 22, 2020. He came Dec. 23, the next day. I would like to make a comment about the review listed 2/19/21 from Froz Portland, Ore. I think anyone reading the review might realize the person himself seems very mixed up. I could imagine that Aaron because he is so proficient might be trying to assess any problem. But the negative tone of the review, I believe from my own experience with Aaron, is extremely unwarranted. The reviewer himself seems strange, not Aaron. I taught in college for 35 years and we always had reviews. My reviews tended to be quite good, but from my experience there is always one or two who write a review that is way out in left field---------far apart from the overwhelming opinion of the class . Knowing how reviews matter in any profession, I feel compelled to emphasize Aaron is very trustworthy and professional in his work. If you want an excellent plumber who knows his work, call Aaron and judge his work yourself. As a mater of fact I just called him for a different problem with a sink, and he is coming here tomorrow. You are great Aaron!!!

This contractor very strange. I called and explained i already the same dimension and i will pickup new one I already bought from Lowes. All he needs to just install swap out. I already empty water out from the old one. So, he will be in and out no time. Once he arrived i show him the water heater then he started to walk around and spying my house. I told him pls dont go without ask me. Because all he has to do just move the old one aside. The recycle metal guy will comes in and take it. He said he wants to see what's the back door? Then he started to taking picture of my place and saying he needs to replace my gas pipe. I told him there is no need to replace. Was working fine. All i need just install the new water heater. Then furnace didnt have sticker. I spent almost 10mins to explain to him that i bought this house like this when i moved in and work fine. I didnt have any issue. I might update a new furnace but not till spring or summer. Than he keep saying he didnt seen a new update on my duct vent clean. I told him I don't need too. Is he a hvac guy so i can talk to in when warm weather to about my hvac. he said he's only doing plumbing for gas and pvc pipe.. Then, he quetion why i have an air filter over my intake duct vent. I told him when bought this house my home appraisal told me to do that will help to keep dust away. Then he quote was $708 for to just to connect a new heater. which my old one is 59" and new on is 60" and already bought extra accessories just incase he needs them. I told him other home advisor gave me a quote for $350 including permit. He will pickup from Lowes. but he's in the middle of the job. so i have to wait till tomorrow morning he said. He said the permit is cost $120 and so i have to pay for for $470. But, he isn't believe that. I said thank you to him so he can leave.

Our basement sewer pump stopped working last night, and I have to call any plumber available first thing this morning to have it fix before it floods our basement in-law apartment. I called Aaron, and he told me it will cost $1,500 to fix the sewer problem. I have no idea how much it will cost and how long it will take. We have to take anyone who is available, so I agreed to it. He arrived by himself around 9:30 am and finished by 11:30 am. I thought it would take a whole day. I asked him for a break down of the costs, he told me the pump cost $720 and labor costs $780. I googled on the spot that the Zoeller Mate 267-0001 sewer pump is selling on Amazon for $400, but he charged me $720. Then I asked him why he charged me almost $400 per hour, as most plumbers charge $95 per hour in my neighborhood. He said sewer work is a dirty work, so he needs to charge more. I asked how would 400% be reasonable. He said that he charged by the job, not by hour. He even threatened to report me to the credit bureau if I refuse to pay him. Then I asked him for the invoice with $1,500, and I told him that I will pay him after consulting with the Consumer Advocates Association and the Massachusetts Licensing Board. If they told me the pricing is reasonable, then I will pay him. He refused to give me the invoice. I was forced to take pictures of his van and video tape him for evidence. As a consumer, I just want to have the problem fixed and pay a reasonable price. I proposed to pay him $1,200, which includes $480 labor for 2-hour's job or $200 per hour rate. I hope his work is solid, as sewage is no joke. Dear neighbors, think twice before you call this company for your work. His pricing is no joke, guarantee rip off.

This is the third time we've hired Aaron for our plumbing issues. A couple of years ago we had him replace a toilet and 2 faucets. He showed up the day after we called to give us an estimate. He showed up on time, gave us an estimate and completed the work the same day. Last year he installed a new garbage disposal for us. At the end of March this year, we needed a new hot water tank. Again, this was completed the same day as the estimate. Aaron is professional, friendly and does quality work. His prices are fair and reasonable. He stands by his price estimates. We've hired Aaron 3 times and would not hesitate to call him again should the need arise. Pay no attention to the one star review by Yuming B. If you look at this person's 6 yelp reviews, all are one star.

Arron was great! Very professional and personable. We had a clog that was causing the main drainage pipe to overflow water onto our basement floor each time we took a shower. Arron was able to fit us in the same day and fixed the issue which was an invasive tree root that was blocking the water from passing through. He showed me the ball of roots and gunk that he pulled out of there. As a first time homeowner, I had a lot of curious questions and Arron was more than happy to answer all of them for me. I highly recommend Arron and will not hesitate to call him again for any other plumbing projects or issues that arise. I will also happily recommend him to family and friends as a resource.

My experience with MenWon was fantastic. Aaron was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I called him on a Thursday and my repair was done by Saturday afternoon. He took a look at the issue on Saturday and had the repair completed, all in under 3 hours. Aaron replaced copper piping connected to the water heater that was leaking for a fair price, and did not attempt to upsell me on services when I asked him a few questions about other plumbing issues. we had a toilet emergency which was urgent and called Aaron at Menwon, who we had used before with very excellent results. He came over right away. he is so professional and such a nice guy--it is a pleasure to see him even under difficult circumstances. he had the part we needed in his truck and was in and out in such a short period of time. we trust him and rely on him. we would not even consider any plumber except Menwon because we feel that he has our back when we need him. His charges are reasonable and his showing up for us so fast when we need him is priceless.

Plumbing problems are never easy but Aaron at Menwon certainly makes them as easy as they can be--instantly responsive and there to take care of you within what feels like minutes of your call. I have used Aaron at Menwon several times in the last few years and it is always the same--smiling face, quick diagnosis, fast solution. He seemingly never has to order parts--everything we need is always in his truck (sort of like my mother's purse). I think his prices are reasonable and competitive with other plumbing services but I wouldn't know because we never use them.
