“Literal joke of a company took over two months to send in a service report for a warranty call, for real had absolutely no plumbing in my house. Called repeatedly, even the warranty company called requesting the information as well. Not that difficult to do the damn job to submit a damn report, will not be doing business with them. Highly unprofessional, and lazy.”
