John is just an all around awesome guy! Knows his trade and is extremely personable. I was very happy to see that he was the one to be on my call/ visit today, as he had done work at my house in the past for my bathroom. Extremely happy and extremely satisfied with him, his apprentice, and Master Plumbing! Thank you!
When I came home to a humming sump pump I called Master Plumbing right away. It was after hours and they answered my call and sent a plumber over within 45 minutes! Bill was punctual and explained step by step his process for testing. He then went over my options in detail. Because it was after hours, Good Friday and I needed a new sump pump - Bill was thorough with types of sump pumps and what I would be getting for my money. I am very satisfied and confident with my decision. Master Plumbing has always come thru for me and I look forward to being a Green Club Member. It gives me great security. Thank you Bill and the friendly voice that answered my after hours call.
Called for an emergency, after hours, service. My sewer line was backing up into my basement. I was given the option of the after hours service or they had a first appointment of the morning available, so o took the appointment. This team was fantastic from the beginning! They called to verify that it was still ok for them to come out, and told me what technician would be coming to my home. They also sent me a picture of the tech along with a little work and personal info about him. John C arrived right on time. Was very nice and did a great job. He was professional and got the job done fast. I would definitely recommend!!!
I called on April 16 with sump pump issues and water came out in my basement, Cory the technician arrived & checked he proposed 2 options to resolve the problem and I opted to change the part (the float switch) .The part they have is not compatible with sump pump motor Or the power system of my house. Cory fixed it and it works a few hours the part he change started to sound alarm and some lights like power out and battery low. On April 17 I called them back let Kwon the issue they want the same technician, he came and checked after he called her manager to tell him the issue, he told technician to check the power system, all system was connected. The manager said they would full refund me for the part and they proposed me to change the whole sump pump. The new sump pump on their website is $1099 and I said I was not able , I decided to receive my full refund to go in used store to find one . Since I decided that the technician recalled same manager to let him know my decision . The same manager said if that they refunded me 50% I asked the change their decision Cory tell if I’m not agree to call the office.After I called the office they told me the manager will call me and in today’s he doesn’t. After many calls to the office about my refund they asked me to know who fixed the issue and I answered myself they asked the proof, when I sent them proof of purchase of sump pump in Menard which is high quality and less expensive (-$200) than the part Cory charged on April 16 (+$300). The supervisor sent them proof of feedback back in which he lied saying « the issue of my sump pump was resolved and heavy rain fall the following days and the issue came back the motor not working too » Good things I save the motor and still work . Please public see my experience and let know supervisor April 16 night there was not rain . When you say your price reflects to warranty backed work , your part he changed on that day was stopped work less than 24hrs ok I called back on April 17 . Otherwise more than 3 neighbors know your company doesn’t perform the work because when they saw your car in my driveway they tested me to let me know your 0% performance and they didn’t recommended via theirs experience . The motor still working and see the pictures of your poor part with the red light
Started off paying 6 thousand first day for a furnace and ac unit installation. They installed the furnace the second day all is well. They tell me the ac unit needs to be installed 60° or above... Cool. A month or so goes by and they call me to schedule the ac install. I take the day off from work they come by at around 9am work until almost 5pm. They informed me they were having issues and would try to come back tomorrow and finish the ac installation. I'm like ok I'll take another day off so we can get this done. Today I call and see what time they would be by and find out they have been sent to start another installation so I'm told by her they'll try and get there today otherwise I'll have to reschedule. So now I'm going to have to take another day off. This is basically a rough draft at 8am but will be edited with more pictures if they don't finish the job
