Evan’ service was great. He arrived on time and fixed and replaced the pipe problems.He then installed our new washer and dryer. He also replaced our dryer hose that goes outside. His price was very reasonable.

Evan Ryan & Mass Pike Plumbing & Heating are THE BEST! Evan is one of the hardest working people I have ever met in my entire life. I met Evan years ago and whenever I have any issue with my plumbing, Evan is there right away! Evan has installed a rainforest showerhead for me. Evan has come on a Sunday and fixed a clogged kitchen sink that was full of crushed egg shells in the garbage disposal. (he also taught me that the garbage disposal is for crumbs and not for actual food!) Evan has come to my office and unclogged a toilet on a Sunday. He is also installed plumbing for a washer and dryer at my office. He always gives a fair price and he always cleans up after himself and leaves the place nicer than he found it. I highly recommend Evan and Mass Pike plumbing and heating! 10/10 Recommend! 😀

I had an awful plumbing situation at my grandmother's house after business hours. The only person to call us back was Evan. I was very upset when he called, and he took the time to calm me down, and assured me he'd be able to make it out to the house. He did! He was so kind, and walked us non-plumbing folks through the process, the payment, and resolution. On top of his technical expertise, he was respectful of her home, and left everything cleaner than when he arrived. Finding a professional with this level of reliability and integrity is rare which is why I'm a customer for life. You can trust Mass Pike with your grandma! Doing business with Evan was a satisfying experience! He came to rescue me when I most needed. Long story short: The pipe connection to my water heater burst on a cold Friday night around 10:50pm. Instantly I was left with no hot water in the house. I contacted Evan first thing Saturday morning, after seeing all his great reviews. He promptly showed up, diagnosed my water heater with rusty pipes, and gave me a fair estimate. Evan replaced my water heater and all the plumbing connections on the same day. Our kitchen disposal was totally silent. I looked for a plumber at Thumbtack and was quickly got response from Mass Pike Plumbing & Heating. Evan checked the situation and found out that not only the disposal was broken, but also the electric switch was damaged due to the disposal water leak. He installed a new disposal and waited for me to get a new switch from the hardware store. The job took longer time than just replacing the disposal. Evan didn't charge extra for replacing the switch and finished the job well. He is professional and punctual, skilled at diagnosing issues quickly. I will certainly use him again.

When we lost heat and hot water we had another company come out, who after hours, said we needed some part that took a week to come in. After a week with no hot water they installed the part and still no heat and hot water. Our niece then gave us the number for Evan and Mass Pike Plumbing & Heating. Evan came right away and within 15 minutes knew what was wrong. He had it fixed and cleaned up in under an hour and at a very good price!! Evan is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Evan and Mass Pike Plumbing & Heating will now always be our go to and I will definitely recommend Evan whenever I can!

I have used this company to replace our water tank with a tankless system, and to correct a venting issue that another electrician had done incorrectly. The previous work was not up to code and could have caused dangerous carbon monoxide exposure. Another time I called them in a panic to help replace my elderly aunts sink to make it easier accessible and they were able to squeeze me for an appointment the next day, and on a SUNDAY! Evan was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done safely and correctly. I always recommend them to friends and family.
