Mark’s work was superb. Easy to do business with, too. I would recommend to everyone looking for a great plumber who you can trust. The best part? he’s also a good all-around human. Now, if only I could find the Mark version of an auto mechanic. 😉

Supporting local business has it's benefits. Especially when you have a plumbing problem! My kitchen sink clogged from putting the wrong foods down the disposal and we were out of luck. I called Mark the night before and since it was not an emergency he was able to take my call the next morning. He was able to fit me into his schedule for the day and completed the work promptly. He let us know which types of foods should and should not go into the disposal to avoid future problems. I appreciate the availability in getting us out of a jam. Definitely recommend and appreciate his business.

Mark's was the low price of three plumbers I contacted. They did pricing over phone / email instead having to come out, which the other two required and charged for. Communication was good. Work was done efficiently and professionally. 10/10 woudl call again.

I searched the internet and found Marks Plumbing after a well known plumbing company and several other independent plumbing companies informed me that because the builder did not install a drain where the water service enters the property, the only way to install a water softener would be to place it on the upper level next to the water heater (to utilize the drain for the water heater and furnace) in a linen closet that was currently being used to store linens. Also the system would only treat the hot water coming out of the water heater and not the cold water entering the house. I refused to believe that a whole house water softener was impossible so I decided to seek someone who is an "expert" in plumbing and willing to explore alternatives. After my due diligence I decided to go with Marks Plumbing. I chose Marks Plumbing for a few reasons. I spoke to Gracie on the phone and she was warm, welcoming, and did exactly what she said she would do. When I spoke to Mark he was respectful, understanding, he listened and agreed to come look at the job before making any promises. When Mark arrived I explained to him what I thought was the best way to install a whole house water softener as well as my experience with prior companies. He took my idea and suggested a few changes that he felt were in the best interest to get a whole house water softener based on the particular design of my home. We agreed on a price, estimated time of completion and time/date for the job. Mark showed up and completed the job in less than the quoted time and I was able to purchase the water softener system directly through Mark's Plumbing. He was neat and his quality of work was impeccable! Mark made what others said was IMPOSSIBLE, POSSIBLE. Currently I am the only home of this design that has a whole house water softener and I owe that to Mark's Plumbing. I highly recommend you try Mark's Plumbing first for any of your plumbing needs. They will exceed your expectations. .

We just had Mark's Plumbing come out on an emergency visit due to the fact that our refrigerator clunked out and we ordered a new one which isn't due for delivery until tomorrow. When we were disconnecting the ice maker from the refrigerator, we noticed that the shut off valve was still leaking, ALOT, despite crimping the line and trying to replace the shut off valve on our own. We realized that due to the fact that the builder of our home put a copper tubing pipe in for the connection, which would need to be cut off before a replacement shut off valve could be attached. However, it was UNDER THE DRYWALL, and our minimal experience of repairing this was out of our league. Our water was shut off, and we could not have the water turned back on until the repair was completed. We were referred to Mark's Plumbing through our HVAC contractor, G & R. We called them immediately, and they were at our house in about an hour or so. Michael & Jesse did a GREAT job, and knew exactly what to do. They were very friendly and kind, and their professionalism certainly shined through. We would like to thank them so much for getting everything ready so our refrigerator can be installed easily tomorrow. They even have given us a contact for assistance with the drywall repair which will need to be taken care of as well. A huge shout out to Mark's Plumbing! We would highly recommend them to anyone who needs help with a plumbing issue. Thanks again for a job well done at an affordable price!!

Mark’s Plumbing Inc. was one of the most professional companies I have ever dealt with in my 50+ years of home ownership!! Starting with the initial phone call to Gracey who couldn’t have been more helpful with my many questions about my 31 year old Rheem hot water tank! Within minutes I had a fair estimate and a convenient appointment scheduled!! On the day of the install I was notified when Michael & Jessie were on their way! When they arrived in their clean, nicely decorated van and well dressed in their uniforms! Both were very polite and very informative to my questions! They were not bothered by me watching them throughout the install ! And I forgot to mention booties were put on when entering my front door, all drips were wiped up and crumbs were vacuumed up!! I definitely got my money’s worth from this FIVE ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ COMPANY!!!! I have already recommended them to my neighbors, friends and relatives! Sorry for my lengthy review but MARK’S Plumbing Inc. Extremely impressive from start to finish. Called to ask for a plumber to look at a leaking outside faucet that was spewing water inside our basement.when turned on! Since we could turn off the faucet outside and stop the leak this was not an emergency. Spoke with Grace and related our issues. Made an appointment. Mike and Jessie called ahead and arrived even earlier than scheduled. They quickly went to trouble spot and pointed out split in pipe just inside basement wall. Turned off main water feed and went to work. Explaining exactly what we should expect and how quickly this would be fixed. And within 15 minutes or so the problem was resolved and even a shut off valve installed where I could get it in an emergency. (No charge). The work area was spotless after they finished. This in a nutshell was you would like all your service calls to look like! Thanks to the entire team that helped make this. Non issue! Don and Wendy

I was referred to Mark’s Plumbing by my very trusted hvac contractor, with whom I’ve dealt for 24 years. I knew he wouldn’t steer me wrong and he didn’t. Mark’s is a top-of-the-line plumbing company. I needed four bathroom faucets installed. The two plumbers from Mark’s, Sebastian and Joe, were friendly, efficient, skilled and kept me well informed along the way. My shutoff valves were hopelessly stuck and they quickly replaced them with new and better ones. They cleaned up after themselves and removed all of the packaging and the old faucets. They left me with nothing to do except replace the items that I store beneath the sinks. The installation is meticulous. Everything looks and works as it should. I couldn’t be happier and Mark’s is now my go-to contractor for all my plumbing needs. Thanks too to Gracey, their friendly and knowledgeable office contact person!

After many other plumbing visits Mark was able to find the source of my problem, provide and solution and install the equipment in a timely and cost effective manner. Mark was very thorough during the investigation of the problem to be sure the equipment being reccomended were support my needs. When it came time to install the new sump pump and backup system he arrived when he said he would, completed the work without interrupting my work day and left everything VERY clean and organized with no loose chords or wires. Mark took the time to explain what was done and why it was done. He educated my on the operation of the back up system in case it was needed and most importantly stood behind his work with a warranty in case in issue does arise. I can 100% reccomend Mark's Plumbing for all you plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Mark's Plumbing if you are in need of an honest and reputable plumber who works with care and integrity. Mark replaced our two old water heaters and water softener with new units and he worked efficiently and carefully. He protected our wood floors with drop cloths and the area was left clean when he was finished. He answered all of our questions and is genuinely a nice guy too! The price was excellent. It's refreshing to find someone like Mark to help us with our home improvements. Thank you!

We had an issue with our kitchen sink and called Mark's plumbing for help. They got us scheduled right away, which we really appreciated. The plumbers who came out were super polite, professional, and respectful of our home. What started as a simple fix turned out to be a bigger job, but they kept us informed every step of the way. Their communication and transparency made a huge difference. We were really impressed with their work and would definitely recommend them to anyone needing plumbing services!

First time customer & most certainly not the last ! Mark was very prompt in returning our call & he arrived on time to replace our hot water heater! We were very pleased that HE came out personally & the amount of the invoice was the exact amount that we were quoted. Outstanding communication and service from the entire staff! Water heater went out while Mark was out of town, he dispatched Sebastian who evaluated the old heater, Gracie provided options and we had a new heater within two days of calling as they worked us into their schedule. And for a very competitive price! Sebastian even took a look at our sump pump set up and showed me how to fix an issue on my own. Extremely happy, will not use anybody else for our plumbing needs!

Mike and Jesse are talented and courteous plumbers. They handled our list of maintenance items quickly. They replaced a Kohler shower valve, toilet valve and cleared faucet filters. Recently we had Mark’s staff replace an aging sump pump and water softener with new technology. Have had Mark’s plumbing at our home for 20 years. We have several neighbors that have Mark for all their plumbing needs. They are the best.
