Th Lomax crew of Matthew and his assistant are to be commended for performing great work and for being understanding of the problems we encountered at 28 Kipling Lane. They are great example of personnel that brings credit to your company.

We had our water heater replaced by Jamie. He was timely, knowledgeable, and respectful. He explained the process to us and we trusted him completely! The water heater was installed quickly and he cleaned up afterwards! We couldn’t be happier with the service from Mark Lomax Plumbing and we will be using them exclusively!

Absolutely the worst company I've had to deal with. Employees were beyond rude and when I contacted management I can see where they get it from. The management was rude and inconsiderate even though their company was in the wrong. Never once tried to right the situation. I would not recommend this company to anyone, there are several, SEVERAL other plumbing companies in the area, I highly recommend using any of them over Lomax Plumbing.

Workers I encountered were very rude and ridiculous. They parked their car in the road directly across people’s driveway and block the way. Completely inconsiderate to other people in the neighborhood. Unreasonable to talk to. Terrible experience.

No no no!!! I really want to stop you from calling them.. we had this company twice to do some work in our bathroom and both times the guy used MY bath towel to clean the floor and put the brown dirty towel in the tub and oh my god... what a mess he left for me to clean after work( and considering I have a 3 month baby that I can’t leave alone) ... I literally cried when I saw what he left for me to clean... I had to buy disposable mops and few bottles of alcohol to clean and sanitize our master room bathroom...I still feel disgusted when I walk barefoot in our master bathroom ..I hope I hear something back from them so I modify my review...
