I was going to replace the toilet valve on 2 toilets inside the tank when I discovered that the shut off valve was leaking on one of the toilets and needed to be replaced. I called MAC5 and they sent my technician Brad. Brad was fantastic! Professional and polite and provided an estimate before doing any work. This put my mind at ease as I knew there would be no hidden costs. Brad completed all the work and I am extremely satisfied with the service. I will definitely be using MAC5 again! Highly recommend.

Brian was quick to come to our unexpected leak. When he arrived he explained everything very thoroughly to us and gave us our options. He explained what would be our best option long term. We were unable to commit to that today but there was no pushing trying to make a sale etc just provided us clear explanations and service options. He repaired our leak quickly and made sure he left everything better than he found it. We are thankful for Brian’s professionalism and kindness.

Christopher Pena is an absolutely magnificent employee. He was so knowledgeable, thorough, honest, sincere and helpful. He was able to diagnose and resolve my AC problem with so much efficiency and confidence, my stress instantly decreased!! Christopher is an extremely kind and considerate human being.
