Jorge Torres from Mac 5 did an outstanding job on the maintenance for our AC systems. I’m very particular about quality of work, and he honestly exceeded my expectations. He took his time, checked everything thoroughly, explained what he was doing, and didn’t give off that rushed “in and out” feeling that a lot of companies do nowadays. You can tell he actually cares about doing the job correctly instead of just trying to get through the appointment as fast as possible. Professional, respectful, knowledgeable, and very detail oriented. Our systems are running great now. If you’re using Mac 5, I highly recommend asking for Jorge specifically.
Jonathon Frazier was extremely knowledgeable and did everything he could to rectify our A/C issue. He explained everything in terms that someone without experience could grasp and showed full transparency of the services and their benefits. Truly enjoyed this service, 10/10 recommend this tech!
Doug Burr came to our house to inspect and fix an issue with the wiring in the main panel. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and resolved the problem quickly. I highly recommend his work and would definitely call him again in the future. 👍🔧

He seemed very honest on his evaluation of what is needed to keep my current A/C running properly and not pressuring me into a new system! Roger and gwin were professional and super friendly. We called and they were out the next morning. New system in and they cleaned up their mess even vacuuming up all the extras. I would recommend these guys as the first to call. House is cool now. Amazing gentlemen.
