John at Local Plumber did a great job replacing the gas line on my water heater. He was well-informed and straight foward about the price and what he was going to do. I also appreciated talking to Gabby(?) when I called (rather than an automated service) to set up the appointment. I would recommend Local Plumber for their promptness and quality of service.

John came by and cleared up my leaking water heater with quick and efficient service. He gave me a fair price and let me know everything that was going on before he got started. Friendly service and excellent speed.

John was on time, explained everything I needed done and went right to work installing a new sink and garbage disposal. He was very pleasant and tolerated my puppy, so he will be the only plumber I will ever call! Very professional and knowledgeable and cleaned up everything. If you need a plumber, give this company a call - you will be very pleased with quality work.

Saw them recklessly driving around town a few times and needed a plumber. Decided to go against my psychology to hire. I always say you can tell a lot about someone based off of how they drive, when the risk of real accountability/confrontation is low (providing there’s no accident)…similar to social media. Reckless, inconsiderate, entitled drivers are exactly that as their character & at their core, and that was my exact experience with Local Plumber all around, from their driving to their customer service to their actual services.

One of there van drivers almost hit my 2025 Mustang GT backing out of a spot at SPINX. If they can’t use their eyes to see my bright red car I couldn’t imagine how low quality their work is. Plus they might hit your car backing out of your driveway.

It is hard to accurately describe how grateful we are for Local Plumber and for the services they provided for our family. We recently experienced a water leak that flooded two rooms on the first floor of our home. The water was coming from somewhere underneath a built-in jetted tub, so we demolished the wall around the tub to discover that the water appeared to be bubbling up from under the concrete slab. We had no idea where it could be coming from, but turning off the water to our home was the only way to stop it. I called a couple of “leak detection” specialty companies that I located online, only to be told they could not come out for one to two weeks. I was almost in tears when I called Local Plumber, but from that very first call they were amazing! Krista was able to send someone to our home that same afternoon, and kept me informed the entire time as to their ETA. The plumber that responded to our call was John B., and we could tell from the moment we met him that we were in expert hands. He was extremely professional, thorough and knowledgeable as he diagnosed the source of our issue, and he determined that we had a leak in the pipe that runs underground from our water well to our house. After telling us how he could fix the issue, John B. answered all of our questions and addressed our concerns. He was able to give us a quote within a few minutes after leaving our house, and because we were living with no water, the job was scheduled to be done 48 hours later. From start to finish their communication was top-notch, and John B. is an absolute perfectionist. The cost of the job was very reasonable and they guarantee their work. We are grateful to have found such an amazing company, and cannot recommend them highly enough. Do not hesitate to give them a call!

I just bought my first home three months ago and last week I noticed a brown spot on my ceiling I have a two story home so I googled what would cause the spot and it said a bathroom or washer room over the area might have a leak so I would need to call a plumber and that’s what I did they gave me a courtesy call to let me know they was on their way and when they arrived they introduced themselves and was very polite and professional Ryan and Harrison told me everything about the process and what they saw they took their time did not rush I was very pleased with the service and will be doing more service with them thank you guys so much for coming to my home and finding the problem and I told them not to worry I would clean up and they was not going for that and they did a great job with that also once again THANK YOU 🤗 guys so much amazing job well done 🤗 and the prices are well budget

Our home water heater was near the end of its life and my wife has wanted a tankless water heater for years. I started getting bids and then got one from Local Plumber. It was thousands less than the others and they sell a great name brand (Navien). The journeyman (John and Johnny) arrived ahead of the appointment and started to unload all their tools ans supplies. The install took most of the day but they asked me for my preference on several items which I appreciated. The install was very clean and professional grade. They were easy to work with and conscientious about their work product and site clean-up. The office staff was also very efficient and helpful when I called in with a question. We're very pleased with Local Plumber and highly recommend them. Ask for John or Johnny to be your service men.

I have to update this review to reflect on the great experience I had with their plumbing side of the house: I’ve been remodeling my downstairs bathroom and needed a pro to tie everything into the main waste line — toilet, shower, and all. Rob from Local Plumber came in and did a great job! Super professional, knowledgeable, and just a great dude. Rob is the man! I highly recommend Local Plumber and would hire them again for anything plumbing-related. HVAC REVIEW: Joe was a pleasure to work with — easygoing, professional, and did a great job relocating my HVAC vent. The whole process was smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend!

Great company and very pleased with the result. John K. and John C. And the other 2 gentlemen were very professional and very efficient at doing their job. They started early at around 930am and didnt finish till about 630 that evening replacing my hot water heater amd replumbing my whole house water supply as i had low water pressure on the hot side. Sure enough, my galvanized pipes were almost completely clogged with corrosion. Now, i have great pressure and plenty of hot water. Also, I appreciated that they stayed and finish the job I would highly recommend using this company. Thank you Local plumber llc.

Dealing with an overnight plumbing backup, I was fortunate to be directed to Local Plumber and HVAC. I called at 8:30 a.m. By 9:20 a.m. Rob was at my door. He is from the "Local Rooter Greenville" part of the business. He skillfully assessed the situation; showed me pictures of the underground problem; explained what needed to be done, and gave me a reasonable price. We have used Local Plumber for all our plumbing needs for several years now. I am so relieved to have found a company I can count on for professional, quality, and reasonably priced service. We have used Grant for everything from drain fields to hot water heaters, faucets and toilets. His technicians are knowledgeable and courteous. Communications are also first rate. We receive texts or calls advising us of arrival times or delays, and have also received same day service in an emergency. I highly recommend Local Plumber.

I had an issue with a shower drain that was leaking into my dining room below. I called Local Plumber, whom was recommended to me by a family member who hired them to do work. From scheduling to arrival, they were awesome. John K. arrived early and got right to work. After diagnosing the issue, John fixes with professionalism. Not only that, he was understanding and helped explain the issue. Local Plumber will be who I go to for all of my plumbing issues in the future, as well as who I recommend to others!

Excellent service. Appointment was scheduled in under 24 hours (not emergent), they texted and emailed confirmation. John called when headed this way on day of appointment, arrived on time. He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. He completed the job quickly and thoroughly. He even did a courtesy check of our water pressure and septic tank levels for us. Pricing was reasonable. Great customer service and locally owned family business. Highly recommend.

Today started out bleak but my coworker recommended Local Plumber and HVAC. Best recommendation ever. John Cooper a very competent professional came in and accessed the problem with our Water Heater and went the extra mile with us. He spoke with the warranty department explaining the issues with the heater and we are back in business.
