“Unhappy with what we were charged. Thermostst burned out. Knew that when I called. Record hot day of 105 degrees. Told I would have to pay a $99 diagnostic fee and $69 for overtime (Saturday event). OK, needed to get it fixed and the bad thermostat was no longer manufactured. Lance, the repairman, spent less than a minute to diagnose the problem, it was obvious. Gave me info about how bad the old thermostat brand …”
“As he came in asked how old is the house and pushed for replacement of the AC before any inspection. Obviously he didn’t have a good day and it showed in his tone. Opened the back and determined the starting capacitor was shot but added the fan motor based on observation. The estimate for both was $400 for the capacitor and 1100 for the motor. Charged for the call service and left when I declined. I did not tell him …”

The following day, Patrick returned and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. The work was thorough, professional, and we now have a brand new shower knob that looks amazing. Highly recommend!”
