Our shower knob broke and we were unable to use the shower. Jacob came out and explained the issue in detail and walked us through all of our options. The following day, Patrick returned and fixed everything quickly and efficiently. The work was thorough, professional, and we now have a brand new shower knob that looks amazing. Highly recommend!
Our heater stopped working. Josh came out quickly and diagnosed the issue. He explained things in an easy to understand manner and provided solutions. He was very courteous and respectful of our requests to make as little noise as possible (children napping). Thank you Josh!
We had to have all three toilets in our house replaced for various reasons. We called Lee's Air, Plumbing, & Heating, and Patrick came out to evaluate the issue. He was prompt and friendly, and identified three problems right away. He gave us options for how to proceed, and even made suggestions that helped us make a final decision on the work. When he's returned to do the work, he was quick and efficient, and got everything done much faster than he'd originally estimated. I would definitely call Lee's again for our plumbing issues.
Unhappy with what we were charged. Thermostst burned out. Knew that when I called. Record hot day of 105 degrees. Told I would have to pay a $99 diagnostic fee and $69 for overtime (Saturday event). OK, needed to get it fixed and the bad thermostat was no longer manufactured. Lance, the repairman, spent less than a minute to diagnose the problem, it was obvious. Gave me info about how bad the old thermostat brand was and said he recommended a different brand. At this point, we're $168 into the visit. Was then told it would cost $495 for the replacement. Wife checked Amazon and found it listed for $108. When asked why, was told it was because he did the work ($387 for less than an hour?!) Couldn't do anything about it at this point- already into it for big bucks and would have to start over again with a different repair option. System works fine now but way over priced!
As he came in asked how old is the house and pushed for replacement of the AC before any inspection. Obviously he didn’t have a good day and it showed in his tone. Opened the back and determined the starting capacitor was shot but added the fan motor based on observation. The estimate for both was $400 for the capacitor and 1100 for the motor. Charged for the call service and left when I declined. I did not tell him that I am a renowned electrical engineer. I knew the capacitor is likely shot but there had to be something else and I do not have the manual. Subsequently, I found a manual safety switch inside the unit at the bottom, not the back that triggered and I reset it. I also found that the capacitor is 80-5 mF not 25 as stated in the estimate of $400. I ordered the replacement for $17 and installed in 10 minutes, determined there is nothing wrong with the fan motor which I would have a replacement for $150 and 20 minutes labor of my own if needed. The unit is now working just fine, total cost is $17 not $1500 and no total replacement yet. To make sure I covered all current possibilities especially the safety switch trigger I called another technician to test the mother board in the attic which he found nothing wrong. That was $90 service call charge but worth it.
My A/C quit blowing air on one of the hottest days of the year so far. That normally means big trouble with a big price tag and a long wait for service. I looked up Lee's since I had been getting frequent mailers and no longer trusted any of my previous A/C service Co. I was surprised to see through the website I could book an appointment - convenient. And they had availability the following afternoon! I had narrowed it down to 2 potential problems and conveyed this through the online appt. booking. My service window the next day was 1PM to 3PM. My tech Ronnie C was here at 1PM! No waiting until 3, or in many cases, previously experienced with other companies, after the appointment window or altogether cancelled. He had the part needed to repair my air mover, no estimate or waiting for days in the heat for my part and repair, fixed that day! And fixed in as long as it took me to get him 2 ice cold bottles of water to take with him. Super happy, fast fix for a fair price on a day where I could have been gouged. Thank you Lee's for honoring convenient online booking, and thank you Ronnie C for a punctual quick fix!

Some issues initially, but was impressed at their commitment to make things right. At first was very pleased that they were willing to make a service call on a Sunday with short notice (for a premium, but understandable). They went out of their way to tell me it was a fixed price visit, with no extra cost for the visit. Upon completing a diagnostic the price I was quoted seemed out of line with the work. The technician was very helpful and understanding,but their company's pricing policies were confusing. After speaking with their management later, the issue was resolved.

So very happy to have joined the Lee’s Air, Plumbing & Heating membership program. The service technician Jacob La. was the consummate professional, and truly a master of his craft. He explained everything along the way during inspection of my tankless water heater. He made some repairs after detailed explanation, and fixed it and left it in 100% better condition than the home builders installation. Truly a pleasure to have experienced again, top notch work by true professionals! Outstanding, 5 stars and Jacob should be commended by his company leadership.
The warranty checkup service was great and Joseph the technician was courteous and explained the system and also adjusted supply grills for better air movement. Joe checked out the Condensor to Confirm everything is according to spec. Installed replacement filter. Ran the CA to check out supplied air temp, etc.He will get someone out to install rubber pads under the feet of the Condensor unit to mitigate the vibration hum we hear in the house. Very impressed overall with the service and will request Joe for Plumbing and HVAC needs in future!
Mandy answered my call on a Sunday afternoon; couldn’t have been more pleasant. Found a technician (Jacob) who called to let me know when he’d be onsite. Arrived like he said, assessed the situation, told me what he thought the issue was and what he was going to do about it. W/in an hour, he had the water flowing, toilets flushing, shower draining and wife smiling! He didn’t even charge extra for me hanging around asking dumb questions! 😉 LeeAir goes to the top of my list for plumbing help! Thank you!
I was pleasantly surprised by their availability and quick response. Within an hour a worker was dispatched which i thought was quick. Chris did an amazing job and once the issue was fixed he left numbers to contact. I followed up a couple days after and he again responded super quickly. Also the initial customer service contact sounded knowledgeable and friendly which raised the credibility to choose them over others. Joseph did an excellent job installing the new part of our heat pump. I would give him five stars. However the rest of the job had problems. The replacement part was shipped to the wrong address and it ended up taking almost a full month to get our system repaired. Nathaniel originally diagnosed the problem quickly, and I would also give him five stars. But there are internal problems within the company. I never did find out who the manager was, although I admit I never asked.
Jacob arrived quickly on Memorial Day in the morning to solve a ball valve failure that was not allowing us to shut off the source to our ice maker which had failed overnight and started leaking into the freezer at a high rate. He took a look, he knew what he was looking at. He immediately gave me a quote. He immediately told me exactly what he was gonna do. He went out to the van. He got the parts and he got it done - problem solved.
