The service I received from Lee Company was excellent, professional, and personable. They are superior in their communication from scheduling to arrival. I was so impressed that I didn’t hesitate to contact them again for another service project coming up. I sincerely recommend them.
Had my refrigerator repaired by Scott. He explained the problem and what needed to be done. He ordered the replacement part and came back in a few days as scheduled and replaced it. Very professional and friendly service.
Had my dryer vent cleared out as it was causing a fire hazard. Son, my technician, was very helpful and polite. He actually replaced part of my dryer vent as it was torn from the initial installation of my dryer. Always love using Lee as their service and quality of work is top notch
Lee Company installed 5 scones for me and while the technician was very polite and professional, he did a pretty terrible job. He ruined all the drywall around the sconces and they are not level with each other. They also charged $800 for the sub-par work. When I complained, they did say they would come back out to fix the drywall but it would be 3 weeks before they could do so which is unacceptable.
Had two services on same day: plumbing and electrical. The two men arrived on time and fixed the concerns we had with efficiency. They also explained a comprehensive annual service that covered many things. Reasonably priced. Very effective workers and able to take care of items needing repair. Thank you Lee Company.
