Prompt service! I called this morning around 11 and Ian was here within just a couple of hours. He was amazing and cleared 3 separate clogs for me in a short amount of time. I would highly recommend their services anytime. Especially Hunter who did an excellent job, Gustavo for responding right away as soon as I placed the work order and Maria who respond very quickly to my calls. They run a very professional business. We are a very satisfied customer.

I had Lee over to replace the stopper in my upstairs bathroom. He claimed that it did not need to be replaced but just cleaned or something. He worked on it for awhile, but the tub still leaks. It's frustrating when you fill a bathtub with water, and it all drains out before you get a chance to take a bath. I left a few messages. He called me back once, left a message, but that has been months now. He also replaced one faucet in the sink in the upstairs bathroom. I am perturbed, but he has only called me back once. I missed the call. Also, the plate on the tub faucet is twisted now, and does not look right. The plate is turned.

The only reason why I gave two stars for the review is because the company is great. The workers are wonderful. They know what they’re doing but the only thing is they do not respect veterans. We spent well over $5000 and only received a $100 discount from my father who is a veteran I do not respect companies that do not respect veterans and I stand highly for that so if you’re looking for a company that supports veterans and will give you a military discount other than $100 off of $5000 on two jobs. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.

We wanted to install a modern single sink and faucet to replace the original double sink and faucet. On top of that, we wanted to install a mineralized reverse osmosis water filter underneath the sink. Leak Wranglers responded within 5-10 minutes of logging our request online. That is unheard of in all the years of writing reviews. Hunter Betzel was dispatched the next morning. He arrived on time, which is rare for home services. Hunter was able to answer all our questions regarding reverse osmosis water filtration. He explained the term “remineralization” for us and why it’s necessary in a reverse osmosis system. Hunter also explained what “full-house reverse osmosis” involved. We were convinced that we didn’t want a full-house system. So, Hunter then explained what was involved in installing the system under the sink. He also explained what maintenance is involved in using the system. In the end, we decided not to install the system. Hunter was very patient with us. He never looked bored with our questions. We asked Hunter to remove the under-sink garbage disposal. He disconnected it but kept it aside in a bucket in case we changed our minds at the last minute. Hunter told us that installing the new sink would be performed by a sink-and-countertop specialist they use, Alex Caballero from Countertop Construction of Grand Prairie. He would schedule a time when Alex was free. Luckily, Alex was free the next day. Hunter would only disconnect the faucet just before Alex came. Therefore, we were able to use the sink and faucet. We tried to pick up the sink and faucet locally, but they would not arrive for at least two days later. We ordered them from Amazon, and they arrived the next day at noon. Alex arrived minutes later. About half an hour before, Hunter disconnected the old faucet from the water supply. About two hours later, Alex finished installing the new sink. His knowledge and workmanship are top-notch. Very few technicians are as good as he is. Hunter installed the new faucet and ensured that there was no leak. He did warn us that the true test comes when we use the dishwasher. There was one issue we had with a dripping heat pump leak. Hunter kindly volunteered to see if he could help, since it looked like a clogged drain line. It was, but it took an HVAC specialist later to fix all the underlying issues. Hunter explained that Leak Wranglers hadn’t found a specialist that was good enough like Alex, so they haven’t branched out into HVAC yet. They wanted to do it right. I guess that’s why they have five-star ratings. If you want five-star results on time and want clear explanations, go for Leak Wranglers.

Gustavo, Henry, and the entire team at Leak Wranglers really took care of us. What started as a pipe replacement quickly turned into uncovering a much bigger issue once they began digging, which could have easily turned into a stressful situation. Instead, they handled it with total professionalism and kept everything moving forward without missing a beat. They replaced all of our cast iron pipes in less than a week, which honestly blew me away given the scope of the work. The team was efficient, communicative, and clearly knew exactly what they were doing. We always felt informed about what was happening and confident that the job was being done right. No one wants to deal with plumbing issues at this level, but if you have to, this is the team you want in your corner. We genuinely hope we never have to see them again, but if anything ever comes up, they’ll be our first call without hesitation.

Gustavo and the team arrived at my home impressively fast—honestly, I’m still not sure if they drove here or teleported. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, friendly, and incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to show me exactly where the issues were, walked me through everything step by step, and explained what was happening in a way that actually made sense (which is saying a lot because I’m definitely not an expert in this field). Not only did they resolve the problem efficiently, but they also helped come up with a clear plan moving forward so I won’t be caught off guard again. The entire team was fantastic from start to finish—professional, transparent, and just genuinely great to work with. It’s safe to say I’ll absolutely be a returning customer, and I’ll be recommending Gustavo and his team to everyone I know. If I could give more than 10/10, I would!

Our shower has been leaking for a while and finally got to the point I couldn't stand the dripping sound as it was basically like water torture dripping all day and night. Normally we could change out everything on our own but guess we waited too long and the buildup was too much that we couldn't get it off on our own. Anyways I called a few different locations for quotes on a Thursday. Lee from Bluebonnet responded first, came over that same day for a quote. He was back by Tuesday and it took him all of thirty minutes to remove and replace the shower handle for us. Price was exactly what he quoted as was the time to do the job. If I ever have any other plumbing needs I will be calling Bluebonnet and asking for Lee.

I can’t thank Hunter Betzel from Leak Wranglers Plumbing & HVAC enough. He came out last minute when my septic was clogged and discovered that roots had broken through the pipe. As a single mom renting from my 79-year-old mother who is fighting stage 3 pancreatic cancer, we’re limited on resources and support. Hunter located the issue quickly unclogged and swept the septic at no charge. His compassion, professionalism, and generosity made a huge difference for us during a very difficult time, and I am truly grateful.

Gustavo and his team did a great job with our new water heater and installation. I’d used Thumbtack to get some quotes, and theirs was very competitive. Additionally, they have a 2 year warranty, and Gustavo was very responsive to my questions. They installed the unit with just a day or two, and they also facilitated the permit and inspection process with the City, so that was also very straight forward. I’d happily recommend Leak Wranglers for your future plumbing needs.

Use these guys! I had a competitor come out (Leak Geeks) and the guy pulls out a binder with prices asking me to pay hundreds up front before he knew what the problem was or if he could resolve it. I would have to commit to a minimum of $600 up front with NO guarantee for a resolution. I went to my neighborhood website and several people recommended Bluebonnet. I called them, they came out the next day and fixed everything for $84 in 15 minutes.

We had an apparent leak at the water meter that the city said was not a leak, but a low point collecting runoff. We called Leak Wranglers in the afternoon and they were here first thing in the morning. Ian did a pressure test and found a leak on the city’s side of the meter. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable service. With this info we were able to get the city to fix their problem. Will definitely be calling Leak Wranglers the next time we need help.

So very happy to have found Bluebonnet Plumbing. They very quickly fixed an outside faucet leak. They also looked at my malfunctioning Delta "touch faucet" and weren't able to fix it, but they advised me on how to contact Delta to get a replacement. They even spoke directly to Delta for me to explain the problem. Their response time was good and their charge was very reasonable. I will definitely call them again!!

Well I consider myself pretty handy around the house when it comes to plumbing basics. I got into a little trouble with re setting the toilet tank on a Koehler product. The gentlemen at Bluebonnet came out and got me taken care of quickly and honestly. They had the difficult job in 25 minutes keeping my cost to their trip fee not including the parts I provided. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a plumber.
