“Flap was staying open in a newer sewer pump. L&R came and said new pump was needed. $1500 for "new" pump replacement/install. Short time later, same issue. Came back and charged another $250, saying "wasn't done right the first time" they came out, & they "don't guarantee the part" they had put in that now needed replacing again. So much for guaranteeing their work. Not sure I explained this thoroughly, but …”

“the gentlemen showed Up on time explained what they were going to be doing and approximately how long it would take cause I had been without hot water for a couple of days they were finished earlier than they said they cleaned up completely around where they were working.
