Terry came out late when everyone else couldn’t or canceled. Fixed the problem and cleaned up. Really got me out of a jam. Highly recommend!! Thank you!!
We had messed up a simple diy repair on bathtub faucet. We had to leave our water turned off. Called Kennedy plumbing and made an appointment for the next morning. But they called back and came out right away so we didn't have to be without water all night. He had it fixed within an hour. He was so nice and good natured about my mess up. Thank you so much. You were awesome!
The guy has completely disappeared. Did a great job on our water heater a few months back. But now he is unreachable.
Not sure what is happening with the company. Website and phone are not connecting. I had a water filtration system installed by Terry 3 years ago and that is great. The young guys he was training to take over since he was wanting to hand over repairs to them did a so-so job installing my water heater. I have had a gas leak 2 weeks ago and now my igniter appears to be bad on my 3 year old water heater. I’d hire Terry but not his replacements if this company is still a company.
