I had a great experience with Ken Neyer Plumbing! The woman I spoke with on the phone when I scheduled my appointment was kind and helpful, and I was able to get an appointment quickly. The technicians that provided our service (August and Noah) were friendly and professional. They explained what needed to be fixed and were transparent about the cost. I would recommend Ken Neyer Plumbing to anyone looking for a reliable plumbing service!

SUPER SATISFIED CUSTOMER HERE!!!! This was my first experience with Neyer Plumbing, and I will definitely call them again if needed (and will be telling friends and family to call)! I had issues with my kitchen sink not draining and one of our toilets "moving" when using it. Neyer Plumbing was able to have someone to my home the very next day after I contacted them and the person who answered the phone was so nice and very pleasant to talk to! I received a confirmation email about my appointment, and the next morning I received a text with a photo of my plumbing tech who would be doing the service. I was glad to know who to expect at the door! Nathan Meyer literally worked THE ENTIRE DAY at my home on my plumbing problems. Nathan inspected the issues, presented my options very clearly, patiently answered all my questions, and worked dilligently to resolve the problems. I felt very at ease with Nathan being in my home, as well as confident in the work he was doing here. He was very professional, but also extremely friendly and knowledgeable. It was really reassuring to feel as though I was getting value for the service and having things up and running again in my home so quickly after calling! BIG THANK YOU NATHAN AND NEYER PLUMBING!!!

Update 1/13/2026 - We had a sink faucet replaced recently. Dre did a great job! Very neat and professional. Thank you! We asked some questions to determine exactly how we would have it installed and he was very patient with us and explained whatever we asked about, including showing us optional installs of the faucet set. He cleaned up afterward and it looked and worked great. Thank you very much! 12/26/2025 -- We really appreciate how quickly you were able to respond. Same day service and having a replacement water heater on board was fantastic for us. Nathan did a great job and had great attention to detail and even cleaned up the site during and after the tank replacecent. He went over everything he was going to do at the start of the job and made sure we understood what was happening. Hats off to Nathan (and Ken Neyer plumbing). Thank you for a job well done!

I had a bathroom sink that had a shutoff valve that stripped and was unable to turn off. It also had a pretty good leak under the sink. I called Ken Neyer Plumbing and from the moment I called was met with professional and friendly customer service. Nathan and Shelby responded to the service call and were outstanding. Both arrived promptly and ready to work. Their communication was great. They kept me well informed before, during and at the completion of the service call. They were professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I highly recommend Ken Neyer Plumbing.
