Justin solved my plumbing problem when several companies came and failed to help. I had great help and great experience.

I can’t believe it’s taken me 3 years to write this review! K & S has been my go-to plumber for the past few years. I do real estate full-time and I first used them to assess the sewer lines in an apartment building my brother and I were personally in the process of buying and he found a sink hole underneath due to the corroded sewer lines (saving us thousands of dollars.) Ever since I have recommended them to all my buyer and seller clients in need of a plumbing inspection, repair or scope! Which is honestly saying a lot, because after 11 years in real estate, I have very very few contractors I recommend. Because a lot are unreliable, but NOT them! They respond quickly, they show up, they are available in emergencies, they do great work, they are super knowledgeable, they are honest and they NEVER pressure my clients into repairs they don’t need. They treat your home like it’s their home and what they’d personally and professionally recommend! There is also not enough space in here to share all the things they’ve caught for my clients: rotted sewer stack mains, sewer gas leaks, water intrusion, leaking lines, safety concerns and so much more. Plus, the willingness to put my clients mind at ease by discussing their reports in person or over the the phone at literally all hours. And never making you feel like any question is a silly question… they truly care! If you hire them I promise you won’t regret it! Justin came out on a warranty call, and serviced my tankless water heater which had developed an internal leak in the secondary heat exchanger. He was very professional and knowledgeable, and took care of the problem quickly. He exceeded my expectations.

Due to our home warranty, we were saddled with this company. They have come out to fix the same issue twice now and apparently it was never fixed accurately. I came home yesterday and the same hose they claimed to have "fixed" had leaked enough to drip to my first floor causing water damage. When I called to report the issue, the woman was very rude and put off that I would call in with a complaint. She asked why I didn't check the technicians work to make sure it was done correctly. Well, seeing as how I'm not a certified plumber, how am I to know the ins and outs of what he did? She then told me, "clearly, you know nothing about plumbing." Instead of offering to send someone out to fix their mistake, she said "what do you expect us to do?" A legitimate company would apologize and send someone immediately. Instead, she continued to put the solution back on me. That $60 copay through my home warranty will now cost me thousands to repair in water damage. Steer clear of this company!

The worse customer service.

We were made to use these plumbers from our home insurance to fix 3 low pressure faucets. 2 technicians came. One technician fixed the 2 faucets with no issue. However the other technician Kevin in trying to asses the low pressure issue with the kitchen faucet proceeded to snap and break off the pull-out spray handle using Channellock type pliers. If that was not enough he then allowed the spray hose to fall back into the main unit spout where it became stuck. He then spent 30 minutes using needle nose pliers and a flathead screwdriver in a futile attempt to retrieve the broken off connector and spray hose, scratching up the main unit in the process. Eventually he gave up, declared that he broke it, and that the company will cover the cost for the same or comparable brand model. The model is discontinued from the manufacturer. We contacted the owner/manager TOM who never apologized, WAS VERY RUDE TO MY WIFE, NEVER RESPONDED TO MY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS and sent in a fraudulent report to our insurance that this is normal wear and tear. KEVIN BROKE IT BEFORE KNOWING WHAT THE ORIGINAL PROBLEM WAS. Our insurance will cover a basic and cheapest replacement unit. TOM and Axis Plumbing refused to cover the difference for the comparable model despite us reaching out to him through phone and emails. Tom is knowingly lying to the insurance protect his own interest which is FRAUD. We spent $75 for the service call for them to break our faucet and now we have to buy a new one for their mistake. TOTAL COST OF THEIR MISTAKE APPROXIMATELY $1000. Do NOT ever use these plumbers. Late to appointment, extremely arrogant, broke our property, now refusing to fix it or make it right. Attached are photos of KEVIN breaking our faucet, the broken spray handle with damage to the main unit, and the last photo showing a non-broken, working spray handle from our matching other unit for comparison.

My toilet was leaking through the first floor of our basement and we had no idea why. We gave Sean a call and he came over within the hour and pulled our toilet out and found out that the previous owners had poured tile grout down the toilet and toilet paper was building up over time causing the leak!!? He was able to replace the toilet along with the piping in the basement and answered all our questions. We were impressed with his timeliness, skill & knowledge. Since then we have also had them come in and replace a dishwasher. I’m happy knowing as a first time home owner that I have a company to call and help me out especially at such a fair price! I would highly recommend them!

Everything went well from the first call to schedule to the actual repair! I believe Diane was the person that scheduled me and she was very polite as I tried to explain my issue. I was able to get an appointment within 48 hours!!! Zach and Ray arrived took a look and went right to work! They had my leak stopped, issues resolved, they even cleaned everything up as they made sure I was leak-free! Everything went well! I would hire this company again if I needed additional work done! They are highly recommended!!

After our basement flooded late last year, we were in quite a pickle. Multiple companys quoted high prices for limited work, and none seemed to have any answers. Sean, however, gave fair prices and explained in detail what he would do and how it would help. The project took less time then expected and was a fantastic cost for the work. The workers were professional, and did excellent work. After a few major rains, our basement is drier then its ever been. Would absolutely recommend Sean for any plumbing needs.

Sean is the best and he totally rescued us from a terrible sewer problem. He took care of us quickly and so thoroughly and walked us through the entire process. He took the time to clear our pipes like no one else ever has. It is obvious he loves his work and he provided great service and he and his team are all very pleasant to work with. Very reasonably priced. Sean is our hero and we now have a new plumber for life. We couldn't be happier!

We use K&S Plumbing exclusively for our plumbing needs. Everyone on the team is very respectful, kind, and hardworking. They always want to find the best solution that works for you no matter what. Everyone is very timely with their work and respectful of your area to make sure everything is cleaned after their work is completed. Sean and Justin are very knowledgeable about the industry and the work they do. Highly recommend!

This company did an exceptional job for our 4 units at Mallards Cove in Medina.. They worked tirelessly for us in bad weather for an emergency water main leak. They had to excavate and located other leaks and a sink hole. Their 4 days of getting us back to work with water was fast and appreciated. The employees were all so pleasant, in spite of the extent of damage. I highly recommend them. Karen Drake

These guys are rockstars!! They've been out a few times and it's always a pleasant experience. Kevin is so awesome! He literally walks me through everything. The prices are awesome! I know that whatever is broken, will be fixed quickly, correctly and at at a price that isn't going to kill me. If you're looking for a reliable plumber that won't jerk you around. You definitely want axis plumbing!

I have used K & S multiple times and have always been very happy with the services I have received. Their customer service has been very helpful when I have called and they’ve been able to schedule someone to come out in a reasonable amount of time. Sean has been extremely professional when he has come out for the issues I’ve had, and I would recommend K & S to others.

Sean ran an underground gas line from our basement to our backyard for a firepit, hooked up the fire pit to the gas line once the patio was poured, and fixed our laundry room trap shoot so it didn’t smell anymore. He was always on time, responsive, professional, reasonably priced and got the job done. I would definitely recommend to everyone.
