I needed a replacement of my power vent water heater and Dale was great to work with. From initial communication to scheduling to completion this was a 5 star experience. Got a quick response to my call for help. Sent pics and had a plan and a price quote that matched the examples on the website within 30 minutes. Installation was completed the next day; looks and works great! Old heater was hauled away and job site was cleaned up. I would definitely call Just Water Heaters again.

Dale and his brother did an outstanding job installing my new water heater. I had received another quote that was literally double what Dale charged, and the difference in honesty and integrity was clear. He was upfront, fair, and professional from start to finish. The work was done efficiently and correctly, and I felt confident I was being treated honestly the entire time. It’s hard to find contractors you can truly trust—Dale is one of them. I won’t be using anyone else from now on. Highly recommend.

Our water heater died on Friday morning, so we were prepared for a few days of cold showers, at minimum. There are two types of water heater quote install/models out there. One model is that a company will accept a photo of your space and give you a quote over the phone or online and then put you in a waiting queue for however long they're backed up to do the install. The other is that they'll insist you schedule and pay for a home visit, and they'll give you your quote. Sure they'll take the cost of the estimate off of your eventual payment, but you've got time and energy sunk into the visit. I suspect they're hoping you'll pay for a slightly inflated quote in order to mitigate your "sunk costs." Just Water Heaters is different. We took a bunch of online/phone quotes and found that we'd have to wait until Wednesday for an install. And we flat refused to do the home-visit-hostage model. On Saturday morning, we called Just Water Heaters and after sharing some photos of the space, we received a quote by text message. It was completely in line with all of the companies that wanted to install the next week. But JWH offered to do our install on that very Saturday. They showed up at the time promised, with precisely the water heater we wanted, and finished at the time promised. The work was incredibly professional and tidy and completely stress-free for us. It was truly one of the best home repair experiences we've had in a decade. I cannot recommend Just Water Heaters highly enough. It's a great business model that fully delivers on its promise.

If I could give Just Water Heaters 10 stars, I would. Dale, the company’s owner, is knowledgeable, professional and thorough. Our fairly new tankless water heater stopped working due to issues with the initial installation by a different company. After not being able to get in touch with them, we found Just Water Heaters, and we are so glad we did. Dale came out the day after we called him, inspected everything and helped us with a warranty claim. As soon as he received our new parts, he came and switched everything out and fixed some major issues he noticed with the initial installation. When the water heater started showing an error code in between the days he was here, Dale came over to make sure we had hot water. He did an excellent job explaining things and was transparent with pricing. Dale is a certified Navien installer so we feel very confident our water heater is now properly installed and will no longer have issues. I would highly recommend Just Water Heaters to everyone and plan to continue utilizing Dale for all our maintenance needs.

My water heater started leaking Sunday night. I reached out to a couple different places. When I called Just Water Heaters they answered the phone immediately. No computers to talk to, no being put on hold. They asked me to send a couple of pictures and measure my old tank. Within a couple of minutes I was given an honest price that was the same as the price on their website. No hidden costs or messing around. Everything was up front. The price they offered me was better than any of the others I had received. They said they could come out the next morning and install it. They were able to work around my schedule for dropping off my children at school. They were very accommodating of having to move the water heater past a large stair lift and remove the old water heater past the stair lift. The company was very professional, they worked quickly and I had hot water less than 24 hours after my old tank started leaking. I definitely recommend them.

Once again, the service provided by Just Water Heaters owner, Dale Becker, has exceeded expectations. He has been there for us for the past 20 plus years. I asked him to check out my 8 year old water heater. After review he said (knowing I would do whatever he recommended) that it looked fine and did not need replacing. He did notice some leaking on my copper piping. He fixed this and gave me advice on how to extend the life on my water heater even further; proving further how absolutely honest he is. And his pricing on the pipe fix was very sympathetic to my budget. Dale is a person who demonstrates the highest level of integrity, the highest level of knowledge and the highest work ethic. All of which make him and his company a rare find indeed.

We were in need of a new water heater and came across this company during a Google search. We were surprised that this company puts their prices on their website. Other companies want to come out and quote you. We stopped by Home Depot and they quoted us a price $200 more, and we never heard from them again. Since Just Water Heaters is BBB accredited with an A+ rating, and their Google reviews are 5.0, we decided to give them a try. Dale, the owner, answered the phone and promised to come out the next day. He confirmed the price that is listed on his website and kept us posted when we could expect him to arrive. He was professional and the work is great. We highly recommend Just Water Heaters.

Highly recommend! Reasonable pricing and lowest I could find local to Hartwell Cincinnati. Dale Becker was able to respond to my inquiry immediately and setup a gas water heater replacement. Dale suggested relocating my heater once he saw the angled mounting of the old heater. This was unexpected but Dale was able to propose a safer solution on flat ground. The additional cost was no much considering the amount of extra work and piping he had to do. Estimated time of job was spot on. He respected our privacy while working from home. Dale is professional, quick, meticulous and easy going. Happy to work with a local company like Just Water Heaters.

Just Water Heaters is great service company , I was recommend from my friend , since my water heater leaking need to replace one as soon as possible. I was looking couple hardware store everybody know who they are. The installation is way higher price and too much phone call to make. Just Water Heater made One phone call tell him what model I like and he picked up and installed less than 24 hours. The Great job great experience to install my water heater perfectly. I will really satisfy his job. Price reasonable highly recommended to you Just Water Heater.👍

I wish I could give this company more stars. Incredible price, quality and service. Sent a few photos got an estimate that was $1100 and 40% cheaper than the other quotes i got. They came out two days later and installed it and hauled away the old one in like 2 hours. Cannot stress enough how amazing this company is. Great to have a company that specializes in one thing and is able to develop expertise and pair that with better prices than anyone else. No shady sales or pressure tactics, just honest up front pricing and expert installation.

Dale will have my business for years to come! Dale was able to provide me with an estimate over the phone for an urgent fix when I found out our water heater was broken on a FRIDAY AFTERNOON, he came out SATURDAY MORNING and replaced our 20 year old tank. My family is so thankful for his expediency and he demonstrated that he takes great pride in the quality of his work. I seriously want to give more praise to this guy, but there’s a character limit. He will have many more word of mouth references in the upcoming future!

If you need an immediate water heater installation (I would assume most scenarios) at a very good price, I would strongly urge anyone to consider Dale. He quoted me over the phone, much lower than any of the big boxes or full service plumbers I called before giving him a call. He installed it the very next day & let me say, it was a very tight space. You'll soon realize how experienced Dale is and the pride he takes in doing a "job well done"!

Excellent experience for my water heater replacement! Just Water Heaters was very communicative with me throughout the entire process. They worked me in quickly and worked around my schedule. They were right on time and finished in the exact time frame quoted. Very professional and a very fair price with a 6 yr warranty. My 14 year old waterheater started leaking, I called "just water heaters"I wanted a top of the line tankless water heater. He did a fantastic install and cleaned everything up . He also took time to explain how to use the digital controller. I called late one afternoon and the install was first thing the next morning and finished up in a few hours. I would highly recommend them for all of your water heater problems.
