I have always had good experience with Jenks Plumbing & Heating Inc. Recently in august 2025 I notice the water was not going down the drain in my shower bath & Tom came to get rid of hair in the drain. Last year in 2024, I decided to add another water meter for the irrigation sprinkler system. Tom came in Sept 2024 and he installed another meter in the basement. He also explain which was the domestic meter & which was irrigation meter. The cost was reasonable.. I saved money when I used the irrigation system this year. In January 2022, one of toilet needed to be replaced . Tom suggested that I get a comfort Kohler toilet with a flush mate cartridge. I was impressed because water & pressure save water. I had my 83 yr sister in law living with me and it was easy for her to get up from the toilet by her self.

My shower head busted a few months ago and I was lucky to find Jenks Plumbing as most places were booked out for several weeks. The day I called them I had someone arrive within a few hours. 2 people came who were very polite and was in-n-out in under 30 minutes. I was a little nervous about what the price was going to be, but it was the most reasonable quote to where I used them again for installing my new dishwasher. Again, I called them, and they were able to come within 5 days. 2 people came to install the new dishwasher and did a fantastic job. He did great at keeping a clean work site and again the price was very reasonable. They had the new dishwasher installed and took away the other one in under 2 hours. I will only be using Jenks plumbing for my future plumbing issues.

genuinely some of the worst services i’ve experienced. we’ve been trying to get them out to fix our urgent boiler problems for weeks and they’ve done nothing even after multiple promises “we’ll call you tomorrow!” “we’ll have an estimate tomorrow” with no follow through. every promise of a phone call to schedule has been ghosted and when they were supposed to show up they never did! shocker. the receptionist on the phone was very rude as well. what a waste of time and effort.

While this company did the job that they were supposed to, I would not use this company again. The job was to get the water line to my fridge to work, which did happen but it took an unreasonable amount of time and included extra holes in my ceiling and a mess for me to clean up. Normally I wouldn’t complain about the time it takes for a job like this but when the guy admits to me that it could have taken a half hour if he had done something differently rather than 3 hours, then I get a little upset. On top of that, he used my step stool to do his work leaving it a complete mess and making me scrub it after the job. He also stepped on two chairs that I had in the room leaving footprints on my furniture. He also cut huge holes into my ceiling trying to find the line, which is not something this company fixes. Afterwards I called the company to dispute the bill since the majority of the cost was the time it took which should not have been on me since it was his fault for doing the wrong thing in the first place. I spoke to Karen who assured me that she would look into it and get back to me that day. I didn’t hear from anyone for a month and a half until my check was cashed and I called again. I spoke to Karen again and she apologized for no one getting back to me and said she would call me that afternoon. It’s been over a week and I have yet to hear from anyone. The lack of response and taking responsibility for their mistakes is why I will not use this company again.

I called them for an emergency repair because my furnace's main line was rusting through in two spots. I texted their manager, Karen, on Jan. 5 and she said they'd get back in contact with me that afternoon. I didn't hear anything for a couple of days, so I texted back on the 7th and got left on read for weeks. I finally called back this Monday, the 26th, and scheduled an inspection for an estimate. They said they'd give me a call around 10-10:30am on the 28th when they're on their way. No call. I called at 11am asking if they were on their way, they said they'd be there within the hour. I sat around till noon, still nothing. I finally called and told them that I would no longer need their service, and in response, I got an "ugh, okay" and then they hung up. I recommend Chasco Plumbing and Heating LLC, they responded quickly and I was able to set up an appointment today with text and email confirmation, something that Jenk's did not offer to me.

I called earlier today regarding an emergency plumbing issue where sewage backed up into my bathtub and my toilet and sink stopped functioning. It has now been over six hours without a resolution. When I called back for an update, the representative I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive. I wasn’t asking for anything unreasonable—I simply wanted to know if someone would be coming tonight or if I should make arrangements to leave my home for the night due to the unsafe and unsanitary conditions. Having sewage in your living space is a serious health concern, and being met with attitude and vague answers instead of clear communication was very frustrating. A situation like this requires urgency and professionalism, and unfortunately that was not my experience.

I had a mysterious leak in the basement, which appeared to be coming from the 1st floor bathroom. I had just had a B-Dry system put in one year ago, so the basement had been very dry until the leak appeared a few weeks ago. Sam from Jenks Plumbing did an extremely thorough check to rule out all possibilities. He eventually figured out the mystery. An old plastic container of Roof Melt had a crack in it, and the contents were leaking out onto the items on the shelves and floor below! The liquid looked like water. However, it didn't dry up like water, but rather stayed on the floor. I am very grateful that Sam was very patient and methodical as he checked out each possibility. He is the Columbo detective of the plumbing world. Jenks Plumbing again saved the day.

The "workers" who put in the heater were Good as they worked. All the guys were efficient and good at what they do and were very committed to doing the job. It took all day, but the workers were good with the job. But, even after completing the job, the heater does not perform well. When the temps get low, 32* or lower, the heater runs all the time. This morning the house was chilly and not warm, as it was in the upper 20's, and the heater was running all the time. She set the thermostat at 78 degrees F* and it was only 70* on twarretyhe wall this morning. We requested another copy of the contract for our files, and in over a month they have not sent another one to us yet*!*

I can't say enough about what a wonderful company Jenks Plumbing and Heating are...and they truly care about their customers, too! Very knowledgeable, the staff are extremely helpful and personable. We needed them twice in one week; once for plumbing and once for furnace issues. They scheduled us quickly, assessed our needs and performed repairs and/or ordered the parts and were back the next morning. Exceptional Customer Service so if you're looking for a company whose Team truly cares...call Jenks, you won't be disappointed!

After 2 repair visits by another company when both repair people "man-splained" and didn't fix the problem, I called Jenks. They came out the same day (12/23) and left after the problem was completely fixed. The repair person was great! He was very respected and was a good listener. He quickly diagnosed the problem that the others had missed. The cost of the repair was very reasonable. As a result my furnace is now fully functioning and heating my house better than ever! I strongly recommend them!

I took on a basement finishing job and needed some subcontractors to complete the plumbing and HVAC. The budget was tight and Jenks gave me a great price and we were able to keep the project under budget and on time. Jenks saved me tons of phone calls trying to find both a plumber and HVAC company. They were professional, on time and went above and beyond the scope of work to make sure everyone was happy! I will use Jenks every time I need plumbing or HVAC for future projects. Thank you!

My first time using Jenks Plumbing. I had a leak in my hot water pipe plus an old patch job in the same line that need to be repaired. They got the job done okay but just let water fall all over the washer and dryer. They broke a ceramic light fixture that they failed to mention. Price was reasonable. I’m on the fence as to whether I would use them again. I would like to add, they did come back after I did this review so and made thing right for me. So that good.

Had a Potential Buyer wanting 5,000 off the homes price because of a Broken Cast Iron Drain Pipe, Jenks came out, told me give them a day for a quote - It's 11'-0" of exposed drain tile - 4 phone calls in 2 weeks, They are Currently Finalizing the Quote, for 2 weeks, Wasting my time, The Buyer walked away and I had another company show up the same day - did the repair in two hours and saved me 4700.00 - Thank Jenks, Proving you are worthless

I do not recommend Jenks Plumbing. We had them out on Nov 22nd to give us an estimate for work. Today is 12/20. It's has been 27 days. I've called at least 5 times asking for an update. The lady who answers the phone who I assume is the owner does not ever seem to understand the urgency. Today when I called she said someone needed to sign off on it and said it would be emailed today and still nothing. Do not use Jenks, you will regret it.
