“We were very disappointed in our tech. He replaced our sump pump and messed up replacing the lid of the sump basin. He didn't reseat the gasket correctly, so it didn't seal. It was way off center. The lid is supposed to be held on by stainless steel bolts that thread into plastic inserts in the rim. Since it wasn't lined up correctly, he couldn't thread the bolts into the inserts, and some fell into the sump basin. …”

“I received a salt delivery from Aspen. I need this service because I can't lift the 40 lb. bags or get them into my softener. He quickly filled my tank and cleaned the bags away in short order. I think the price is reasonable and would recommend them if you need this type of help.”
