This father and son team helped with an emergency water heater situation. They were at my house within 45 minutes of the preliminary call, had a water heater installed with minimal disruption to myself and family and were on their way by dinner time. Great price, great people and very family oriented. Glad to have them in our community.

Very cool guys who know what they're doing and have never upsold me or did anything "just because" I thought something was wrong. They were up front and were there on a very rainy Monday when I texted Saturday. They wore booties over their shoes to protect our floor and carpet and were careful as they navigated around my mess. Thanks to the Boaze team for being real and solid. They installed my water heater last year and it was a no-brainer to call them for my plumbing concerns. Side note: when they installed the water heater, they first helped us move a vehicle with a dead battery out of the garage so they could get to the water heater closet. Over and beyond.

Super disappointed in this company. Reached out with a detailed message on Yelp, & an additional text to their business mobile line, & zero response...not even an "unavailable at this time" update. Our home has a couple, significant plumbing concerns, inclusive of potentially needing a new water heater -which I would have thought is a benefit to any plumbing company on account of the larger purchase & install. Very odd for a business rounding '5 stars' to "provide" a zero star (lack of) service. Correspondence is key, especially in is this field. I hope your other customers receive much better (actual*) follow-up than our family did.

Complete ripoff! They charged us $185 for a 15 min job to unclog a bathtub. We were waiting for an estimate and instead they unclogged the bath tub without providing an estimate and told us the charge is $185. We were shocked. When my wife asked Tyler why so much, his answer was even more shocking.. "well, it's expensive to live here and $185 is just our charge to show up". Well, then why were we not told about this show up fee when we scheduled the visit over phone? This is an unfair business practice and I would never use them again in the future. -- Responding to Tyler's response: That is incorrect. Neither her nor I authorized you to complete the work. We were under the impression all along that you were doing an inspection so you could give us an estimate. You eventually told her $185 is your fee to just show up. If so, why was that fact not mentioned when scheduling the visit? Isn't it unfair business practice to have a fee to show up like you told her and not mention it to the customer when scheduling a visit?

Outstanding Work, Extremely Responsive and Very Professional We have had a remodel project going on in our home for (4) months now and have had to call upon a plumber numerous times. I am so very happy that we thought to check out the yelp reviews and call upon Jeff Boaz Plumbing. The first time we were in the middle of a wall repair and the guy said that he couldn't go on until the plumber did his work. This was the first I had heard of needing a plumber. Yikes! A hold up on the job. But no, I called Jeff Boaz Plumbing and they came right over and began working even though it was at the end of the day. Jeff worked after hours to get the job complete so the sheetrock guys could come back the following morning to finish the repair. Recently we needed three sinks installed. They sent a crew of 3 or 4 guys out so the work could be completed quicker. The project was outstanding and always reasonably priced. I called this morning; they came out 5 minutes later (seriously). Wow, that is service. I decided I wanted to make a change in the color of the sink drains. I had originally purchased drains to match the sink then decided to change them to stainless. Jeff and his Son went shopping for me and brought back the correct drains and installed them so I could go on about my day. Talk about taking care of the customer. It doesn't get any better than this.

Kinda late in getting this review up... I bought a house that had some plumbing issues almost as soon as I moved in. The drainage of both the sinks and the tub was slow to start out and then quickly developed a bad clog where nothing would drain period. I called Jeff Boaz plumbing and they sent two really nice, professional guys over right away and they got the clog situation cleared out. We got to talking about how I just bought this house... which lead to them checking my water heater for me. I knew that it was old when I bought the house, and they pointed out that since the manufacturer's warranty period and expired by quite awhile, the unit could very well fail at any time which would mean water flooding into the hallway and ruining the new flooring... because, as they pointed out, the pressure relief valve was just directed out into the water heater closet (as opposed to going outside or somewhere that it can't ruin the flooring). They quoted me a really good price on a new pro water heater, came back a few days later and installed it, and redirected the pressure relief valve to go outside the house. These guys were very responsive and a pleasure to do business with. I told my sister about them when she had a plumbing issue at her house and she was pleased with their service as well. This review is from the heart. I wasn't paid or asked to write it, even though it may sound like it. Jeff and his associate, Chris, came out yesterday to install a hose bib for me so I could power wash my cement patio. They were efficient, very kind, and really responsible. They are also very professional. First thing, Jeff handed me his card. Then they noticed my carpeting and immediately put on booties over their shoes. Later I put down drop clothes so they wouldn't have to keep doing that as they went back and forth to their truck. The hose bib is a very wonderful addition to my home, and I will use it a lot for many things. Call Jeff! You will not be disappointed! I had gotten a bid from another plumber who was ridiculous. That guy had no business card. He chided me for wanting him to take off his shoes. He gave me a verbal bid but wouldn't write it down and also said he wouldn't give a written receipt - that it would be emailed to me. Said he was licensed but showed no proof of it. He gave me the willies. So then I called Jeff Blaze and it was a night and day difference. Now he is more like it!!!

I called 2 different plumbers before finally calling Jeff. Neither one of them called me back for 2 days, so Jeff was the first one who actually answered my call and thank god he did. I called Jeff around noon, and they were at my house before 4:00 pm the same day, and that was because of my work schedule. I had a leak coming from underneath my toilet, and even though I spoke with Jeff, Tyler and Chris were the ones who came and fixed the problem. Both men did a fantastic job, and were real good guys to boot. Within an hour of arrival, the issue was fixed, and the price was completely reasonable. I would recommend these guys if you are in the market for a reliable fix (who isn't?), with someone who actually makes good on their time. Thank you so much Jeff, Tyler, and Chris. If I ever have any issues in the future, you will be on speed dial!

I sent an email late on Sunday to Jeff Boaze Plumbing for a non urgent replacement of a hot water 9 year old recirculating pump. Jeff called me first thing Monday morning and was able to come out the same day. Jeff and Tyler quickly identified the issue with my old pump and installed a new one. First off, they are both genuinely nice people. I was very impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail on the install, and level of knowledge about the pump options. We also had a very detailed conversation about my Phyn smart water meter. I was again so impressed at how much they knew about this fairly new device and they help me troubleshoot issues around it. All this service was at a very reasonable price. I am very happy to have found such a great team. I will defiantly use them again and recommend them to my friends and family.

Had a very difficult situation with a water heater located in attic. Called several plumbers some who wouldn't even bid on project some who gave outrageous bids. Luckily found Jeff on Next-door and he came out and gave a very reasonable bid. He was scheduled to arrive at 9am and they were there at 8:55am ready to work. Jeff, his son, and another employee worked 7 1/2 hours straight until project was completed. The best part was even though there was clearly some complications the price was the same as it was at 9am! They walked me through the completed project. The next day I thought there was a problem (user error of course) called Jeff and he came out within the hour. Fixed the issue no problem. Very refreshing to find a family operation with such high standards. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND Boaz Plumbing

For starters, Jeff and Tyler were total life savers! My water heater rusted out on me which caused it to leak, leaving my garage a watery mess. I called Jeff and told him what happened. Within a few hours he was at my place and ready to install a new water heater. Within a couple of hours Jeff and Tyler installed a brand new water heater which looks amazing! They were very professional throughout the entire process, and answered all of my questions. Jeff and Tyler were honest with me from the start, and didn't try to upsell me or scare me into buying something that I didn't need. If you are looking for an honest company, with staff that truly takes pride in there work, and delivers top notch service, then you need to go with Jeff Boaze Plumbing. I know I will be using them again in the future!

This company is amazing! The pipe leading to a hose bib in my backyard, broke inside the house wall. I sent out an email to my community to get a recommendation for a plumber and I received four responses...three of them recommended Jeff Boaze. When I called they answered the phone immediately, no voicemail messages were needed. They were extremely busy that day, but managed to squeeze me in later in the afternoon. Chris and Tyler were prompt, professional, knowledgeable, honest, and very personable. They patiently explained what needed to be done and why? They even fixed a different faucet in the front of the house and my shower before leaving. They are a locally owned Folsom business, that is family run, with years of experience. I highly recommend this company. Great experience.

Jeff and crew have done two jobs for me, a leak in a hot water line between floors and a toilet install. I was most impressed with their professionalism. All workers were cleanly dressed, polite and knowledgeable. Prices were competitive and they take credit cards. The best thing was that Jeff answers his phone, responds quickly, and has a very flexible schedule. He never tried to sell me on anything I didn't need and seems like he is a no nonsense type of guy! One of the guys on his crew even asked if I had any other plumbing questions for them to take a look at while they were there. I had a cap missing from a valve under a sink and they soldered me a cap for no charge! This "above and beyond" level of service will lead me to call Jeff Boaze for all my plumbing needs.

We had an "oopsy" while doing a small home improvement job and accidentally put a screw through a water pipe - water started spraying. After turning off the main valve to the house, we called Jeff Boaze Plumbing and they answered immediately (no voicemail, no answering service, an actual person). They were able to come to the house within 45 minutes - wow...as you can imagine in our situation, we were thrilled with the quick response. They were timely, friendly, professional, and did a great job. The work was done so fast and even though this was an urgent need, the costs were fair and a good value. I especially appreciated them wearing masks during this pandemic. I highly recommend Jeff Boaze Plumbing and will use them again (but hopefully not for another oopsy )
