Walter was prompt, courteous, Efficient I have to confess that I accidentally called home service plumbers and wow am I glad I did. Three people showed up at various times and they were all awesome representatives. Walter was the last and outstanding service. I'd recommend them to anybody!!!

I called because our toilet was acting up and when Walter got here it seemed ok. Walter cleaned it out with his auger just to be sure. He was a perfect gentleman and professional. As it turned out there was no charge because they were out in December during the power outage. Thank you very much!!

Excellent service! The plumber arrived promptly to check an odor coming from a drain. He quickly identified the issue and explained that simply adding water to the drain would solve it. He was very polite, professional, and honest—and didn’t charge me anything for the visit. I really appreciated the transparency and great customer service. Highly recommend!

Mike, the plumber who installed my water heater exceeded my expectations knowledgeable, professional, personable and went beyond to ensure i was happy. Why a 2 star? Management: Over three days, there were repeated delays, staffing problems, incorrect equipment, and lack of sense of urgency. Would I use the company again? Maybe. But this experience definitely made me question the company’s management and customer service processes.

Updated (4/21/26): Still extremely grateful we found these guys! Just had to replace our water heater & Mike went above and beyond! Excellent customer service & excellent work. So rare to find such a customer focused place! We'll continue using this company for as long as they exist ❣️❣️ I cannot believe I hadn't reviewed this AMAZING company before now!! We believed that we had been getting our main sewer line serviced since moving into our house in 2020, we had used several different companies but continued to get flooding in the basement. I contacted Homeservice Plumbers last year (2024) to help with the issue of sewer water flooding & toilet/shower backup, after having a rather expensive & unsatisfactory visit by another company. They came out VERY quickly to take a look and at the time I wasn't sure where the outside access to the sewer pipes was, so I had them go in through the downstairs toilet. The technician kindly took the time to very plainly & clearly explain the concerns they were having and said that we would likely need to have a camera run into the pipes to see if there were roots causing the backup issues. Omg were there some serious problems because apparently this whole time nobody had been clearing the main pipes like we thought they were. So we were told that from what they could see (which they showed me in real time) we needed to replace an entire pipe & after that, or once they had that pipe pulled out, they would be able to take a look with the camera at the other pipes to see the status of those as well. Unfortunately we didn't really have any money to be able to pay the amount, which was very reasonable considering the repair needed, until early the next year (due to another home repair we had just undergone) and this was around December (plus we were leaving for a week to visit a friend in another state). We asked if they thought it would hold up until then and even though they said they obviously couldn't guarantee it they offered to come out and unclog it for free in the meantime if we had issues until they could come out the following month to do the full pipe repair, which I have NEVER been offered by ANY company! It showed me that they TRULY value customer service and really taking care of their customers above making the most amount of money possible, which again is a rarity. We then found out that all of the pipes were pretty bad so they gave us a rundown of the various solutions they had including the prices and we ended up going with a sleeve for the remaining pipes leading into the street. I told them that we found our regular plumbers and we will never go anywhere else because their prices were reasonable and that offer to come out and temporarily unclog the pipes to give us that little bit of extra time we needed to be able to pay the full amount REALLY stood out to me and my husband and made the company stand out above all others that we've used. They DEFINITELY have a customer for life here and I cannot recommend them enough!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

I can’t express how much of a positive experience it was to work with Homeservice Plumbers (Colorado) on our water heater replacement. The water heater we replaced was over 20 years old and we decided it was time to replace it, even though it hadn’t crapped out on us yet, but for the right price. We had a flexible budget but we knew we wanted to stick to it and not feel like we were overpaying for something we knew at the time was just precautionary. Justin came to our house and presented us with clear options but he went above and beyond talking with his supervisor, Ben, on not just bringing the cost down but bringing it down to meet our budget; and we got to be on the schedule the following day! We know as a business they didn’t have to negotiate at all so the fact they did blew us away. Huge thank you to Justin and Ben for that! The following day, Marcus G. arrived to do the work and he was done in about 4 hours (which even included a pause so he could run to the shop and back); it was a pleasant surprise to see how quickly he was able to get everything done including that pause and in the end everything looked great! Everyone involved was friendly and professional and we couldn’t appreciate you guys more for this entire experience from beginning to end. You guys have a customer for life for our future plumbing needs. Thank you so so much!

I manage a small apartment building in Old Town Littleton. For years we've had issues finding plumbers to come and clear the drains. I was at my wits this past week when another apartment had a clogged bath tub drain, and plunging it made no difference. After calling over half a dozen plumbing companies who would not make service calls to a commercial building, I finally find Homeservice Plumbers. Although I called them close to 5:00 p.m. on a Thursday., the young woman on the phone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. She told me the cost would be $99 to clear the drain, and then set up an appointment for the next day. As scheduled, Joe and Clayton arrived the next afternoon and successfully cleared the drain of the clogged bathtub. They were polite, professional, and had our issue resolved quickly. I will call them for all of our plumbing needs in the future. I feel so relieved to have found them!

We never thought we would need a plumber twice in 2 weeks!! Home service Plumbers knocked it out of the park…..TWICE!! The first time could have been a humiliating experience ( I now know what shouldn’t go down the sink!!) Gabe was so kind, and knowledgeable! He walked me through each step and was fully transparent with pricing throughout the whole process. We have had other companies clean our lines before ( maybe it’s me) and HomeService Plumbers were much less expensive and much more professional!! This week we needed a new water heater, I decided to give them another try. Ryan was equally professional and kind! It’s obvious they only hire the best!! I’m putting HomeService Plumbers on speed dial!!!

We have now had two positive experiences with Walk on Water Plumbing. The first was an install of three complicated Toto skirted toilets over concrete slab and the second was a repair to a bathtub drain and shower valve that another plumber installed incorrectly. In each case the work was scheduled promptly, Steve and his team showed up on time, they resolved the problems expeditiously and completely and they charged a fair price. In our case they also did a good job documenting for us what the other plumber did incorrectly so that we could maintain a paper trail. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Cooper was great. He did a fantastic job with what we had to do so. Yes, he's very good. And I would actually ask for him again if I can and thank you very much for getting as fast as you did I appreciate it very much. And now I got your number so now I'm going to if I have any problems, I call you and I'm going to talk to him about that hydro. Flush or whatever it's called. And see what he says I can't make up my mind yet until he's says yes or no , and if I have to I will pay for it myself , I thank you very much , and I appreciate everything , cooper did very professional

We used Homeservice Plumbers to replace our under basement sewer line in Lakewood - Green Mountain. This is a common repair for the 1960s/70s homes in this area. I had 3 companies visit to scope the job and Justin at Homeservice was above and beyond the most honest and thorough. And then they did the job and it was performed so professionally, I just can’t say enough how happy we are to have found a plumbing company we trust. They will be my go to and I am telling anyone that asks to use them. Keep up the great work Homeservice!

had a sudden flood in my basement from a sewage backup and called a few companies but didn’t get any callbacks. I got ahold of Home Service Plumbers through a Google search, and they sent someone out within 10 minutes! Paul, my plumber, was incredible. He was polite, professional, and quickly got to work unclogging the drain. He made a stressful situation so much easier and handled everything efficiently. I truly appreciate the fast response and quality service—10/10 recommend

Walk on Water, specifically Steve, did a wonderful job for us. We discovered a drain pipe leak inside our basement wall and contacted Steve. He had an appointment available the next day! He found the leak, fixed it, and even cleared a blockage in the line. Steve even showed us how he improved the drainage by changing the elbow joint alignment. What a first class guy! We highly recommend Walk on Water and would certainly use their services in the future.

I highly recommend Justin with Homeservice Plumbers! Justin was able to find the sewer line brake when the previous plumbing company told us the problem was tree roots. He scheduled the crew to come out the following morning to do the repair. I was impressed with the job that was done and the professionalism of the entire crew. Justin's helpful customer service style was very much appreciated during a stressful time. Thank you Justin!

Walter came to my house to clean the drain. His arrival was on time as promised. He is a very professional polite young man with expertise. He was concentrated on his job and help me to go through plumbing struggles very smoothly.
