My mother Asunta Burke visited your store this afternoon and I wanted to thank you for your terrific service. Her plumber had purchased a dehumidifier last year and it never worked. She tried numerous times to have him either fix it or return it. He never followed through. Today she went to your store thinking she would have to purchase a new one. The store mgr. Chris Sompi and Master Plumber Forist McLain not only gave her a new one at no charge but followed her home and installed it. She wanted to thank these two men for the excellent customer service. I also emailed your corporate office as they should be aware of the great team in Pittsfield. My mother is 89 years old and is handicapped. Your employees put a smile on her face. It says they're open twenty four hours for emergency service but only if they sell you the water heater. Otherwise you're on your own until eight a m the next day , even though they're supposed to be open twenty four hours.

Looking for a Plumber - why is this in my search results? They need to stop keyword spamming for free advertising! Unless Home Depot will send someone out to my home to fix drains and pipes they should not show up on searches for Plumbers!
