JR and his team replaced our 40-year-old HVAC ductwork system in the crawl space. It took them about 6 hours to complete the job. They did an excellent job. Everything is working well now with good air flow and better temperature control. When they finish the job he explained everything that was done. We are happy with the work. We highly recommend him and his team for this work.

Clark did an outstanding job at installing my google nest camera. He was professional and troubleshooted some issues until the work was complete. I truly appreciate him going above and beyond.

Hiller took our call at 9pm when we were having issues with our AC and had a technician out next day. They send a notification when the technician is on the way and you can track the time before arrival. They were here during the time slot alloted and didn't run over. Sloan was a great help and got everything squared away quickly. Will be recommending them to friends and family.

We had them out to clear backed up drains they charged us $199.00 and the next day they were backing up again. They did come back and clear them at no additional charge and we got a quote for a repipe. Needless to say they backed up again so we called a different company and paid another $200.00 and had them give us a quote which was a LOT less than Hiller, we are doing the repipe and new water heater with this other company.

I'm a disabled Iraq veteran. When my old HVAC bit the dust I was recommended an independent veteran for veterans contractor to help rectify the situation. Turns out it was a scammer who wasn't licensed, never fully installed the unit, took my money, & ran. I called on Hiller to help me to complete the installation of the unit I was left with. The technician they sent out did an initial inspection, & when he called it in to his higher ups about the situation they told him, "NO! Don't touch it. Tell the guy to keep calling the guy who scammed him to complete the installation." They literally told me to keep calling on a guy who had robbed me to complete the job. That's the compassion you can expect from Hiller.

Wonderful company and I called around to several places and this was by far the cheapest to get my A/C looked at. He got it up and running again in a short period of time, he also did not harass me to buy anything or make me feel obligated to do this or that. He understood I needed to speak with my husband before decisions were made. I respect that so much because it makes me as a customer feel better about the decisions I'm making. They also send a text and email for an appointment reminder. Call and text when the technician is on their way. In the text you receive the technicians name and picture as well so you know who you're letting in your home. I want to add I signed up for their Happy Hiller Club also and got 10% off as well as diagnostic fee waived. For $23 a month they'll come out twice a year to check the A/C and heat and once a year to check the electrical portions of my home and do a tune up and once a year to do a tune up of all of my plumbing including emptying my hot water heater and clearing all of the sediment out. There is no diagnostic fee and you get 10% off of whatever they do. You earn $100 a year in hiller cash that you can accumulate and say if you keep the contract with them for 10 years you have $1000 saved up in Hiller Cash and you need a new A/C unit you can put that $1000 towards it plus the 10% off. Oh and you get priority scheduling because your a member

Our AC was getting quite loud and had not been serviced in a couple of years, so I decided it was time for preventative maintenance before our summer heat. I called Hiller first based on their reviews. Good move. Everyone was very professional, from the first call through the end of the project. Eric came out the next day, did a full inspection and offered some suggestions. Absolutely no attempted hard sell, or attempt to sell anything. What most impressed me was his pride in working for Hiller, respect for their training system, and respect for the owner. I decided to check the cost of a complete replacement and a project representative, Corey came out. He had the same attitude as Eric, and we negotiated a very fair deal. Three days later, JR and his crew arrived with my new system. Polite, professional, well trained. You have to respect a company with so many people who are so happy and proud to work there.

The secretary that answered the phone was very nice and helped me schedule an appointment for the next day. Our gas hot water heater went out and we needed replaced asap! The following day two guys came out and while they were polite, they were constantly trying to sell us additional things other that just replacing the hot water heater they had requested. The tried selling us a water pressure regulator that had just been replaced not even two months ago. The hot water was installed in about an hour and we paid $1,400 to have done. Overall it was an okay experience, the water heater is working great, but not the biggest fan of constantly being told all the other things that we needed to have done. Would use again but only for what I needed done.

We have been working with Hiller for years and it is well worth it. We recently had an issue with a sink not draining. We had the house repiped by Hiller years ago but evidently a minor section of pipe was missed. This did not become noticeable until recently. We thought it was just a clogged pipe. A tech came out and ran through a number of issues for a simple clogged pipe but nothing worked. Then they kicked it up to Beau. He was able to diagnose the problem quickly and said they were scheduling an install team to come remove that old section of pipe at no cost to us. In the meantime he got us up and running until the main issue was fixed. Again, I can't believe that a company this day and age stands by their work like Hiller.

Roy and RJ Robinson came out to assess my electrical issue. I had changed to LED lighting and wanted to use a Kasa switch the switch didn’t work and didn’t want to create a fire or electrical hazard so I called Hiller, my go to company. After about 20 minutes Roy figured out the problem and started the fix. Excellent job a bit pricey for assessing and changing 2 switches. So if you call make sure it is worth having a professional or just call around to a small licensed Handyman for a small area. I always call Hiller because they are timely, honest, and if they cannot help they tell you up front usually at no charge. So for my family’s safety on electrical issues that DIY can’t handle, I call Hiller.

Imagine this I buy a hot water heater from you - $4,000 less than a year ago. Due to your shotty install and finding out the hard way you did not insulate the pipes they burst.... During the freezing temps and flood your garage. And now you have no water at all due to the location of the pipe that burst. And the soonest you can get someone here is tomorrow night. Oh did I mention I pay $20 a month for servicing? oh and let me not forget the 15k spent on an hvac unit that you didn't bring a refrigerant line up to code that blew? And now we have a half ass welded hole in our 15k system? DONT CHOOSE HILLER

Called for a bid and they arrived on time. From the start it felt like a sales pitch to sell me a tankless water heater installation. For $6400. I really wanted a conventional tank heater. The tankless brand is $1500-2500 cash and carry. Bid had Romex at $7 a foot, iron pipe at super inflated prices. Took three days to get back to discuss bid. I had already hired other qualified providers at much lower price by that time. these guys might do a great job but way over priced. Shop around. Plus the guy that finally called me back to answer questions got rude when I told him why I was going elsewhere.

Call to get electrical quote. Explained that a wall was removed and I needed outlets moved and added. The tech arrived and said he needed a permit to perform work. This was not explained when the appointment was scheduled. I was made to pay for he service fee and no quote was given. They need to train their operators on the business to avoid wasting the consumers time. When my contractor arrives next week I will not be calling happy Hiller (mad consumer) to do the work.

My parents are older and needed help with a lighting issue while I was away. I called Hiller and explained what the situation was with the possible electrical issue and also that they would need to speak with me about handling the service and payment. Roy came out really quickly and was able to figure out the issue and fix the problem. I was able to use a $50 off coupon that I found on their site. I would call them again for any future home problems.
