Cliff was super. Had a non heating water tank installed by a local handyman that had continual issues. Cliff came out on a Saturday night after 5pm and inspected the non heating tank and immediately knew what the issue was. Thank goodness he happened to have the part needed on his truck so he was able to get to work right away. Hi e incurred a few additional issues but once again knew exactly how to fix it. By 9pm I had hot water. Cliff was very professional and reviewed the initial cost as well as immediately notifying me of additional charges due to additional problems. I will definitely use High Mark Plumbing again!

This morning we woke up and very little water was coming out of the bathroom sink faucet, so I went down to the basement to check the water heater. Oh my God, I was in for a big surprise! We didn't know what to do. My wife was at work, and I only had 30 minutes to get to my job. We didn't know what to do. I texted my wife, and she searched on GPT chat to see which plumbing company could help us. Based on that, she recommended this company. They were very quick to respond and were at our house in 30 minutes. Cliff Gilland helped us; he was very kind and respectful, and the price was very reasonable. We thought it was going to be more expensive, but it wasn't. He replaced the water heater and was very clean. He always had his tools organized and clean. I definitely recommend this company and Cliff. Thank you so much for your help today!

Top notch customer service. Let me tell you. These guys are great. We were having an issue with our shower and thought it might be the valve. Turns out it was much simpler. Both Cliff and Jackson not only walked us through what the issue was but also educated us on how to adjust our hot water heater and turn off the water to the house. It was in a different location than most. Both guys were very professional and polite. No doubt if we have future plumbing needs these guys will be the first ones we call!

I recently had some commercial plumbing work done by Highmark Plumbing Service and I couldn't be happier with the results. John Brown was the manager who gave me a quote and did the all work pictured. He was here for a few days and worked very hard to make sure I was happy with the results. They installed 85 ft of 4" sewer line, connected to Dalton Utilities sewer, installed a Grease trap and 4 commercial sinks. The price they gave me was better than 3 other plumbing companies in Dalton. Not to mention these guys were more than happy to do the work. Another company straight up told me they didnt have time to make $7000 that they quoted me. (Which was insane to me!) I also spoke to David who is the owner, very nice guy and very knowledgeable about plumbing codes. He took the time to go over the work that was being done and explained everything in a way that was easy to understand. David and John made this experience 10x better due to their hard work, knowledge and great personalities. If youre in the market for a good reputable plumbing company, whether it be commercial or residential, I highly recommend Highmark Plumbing services.

High Mark is amazing! We had a waterline connection break between the meter and the house and within an hour of calling, they were here to fix the issue. Cliff and Jackson both were professional, honest and exceptional in their work. Kept us in the loop the entire time and left our yard in better shape than how they found it. Best in the business and I wouldn’t hesitate to call High Mark again if I ever need to and have these two amazing guys come back. Fantastic! Highly recommend!
