Great communication when the technician was running late due to unanticipated issue with the appointment before me. Was punctual when giving me a new time. Completed work quickly and efficiently.
We had an after hours emergency on our 2nd day in our new home. We called to setup the repair and had someone at our residence within 10-15 minutes, luckily we were in their area. Daniel was the gentleman that came out and thoroughly explained the situation and what the repair potentially would be. He also had me look mid-repair to further explain and cane back an hour after repair to inspect and ensure we were good. We will definitely use Heaton Plumbing for all our future needs.
Michael was literally the BEST! We have no knowledge regarding plumbing. He came out hours before the freeze and helped us. He was super noce, patient, and answered all of our ridiculous questions. We will definitely call them again for any plumbing issues.

Daniel came out to fix a drainage issue in my bathroom sink and did an outstanding job. His customer service was top tier from start to finish.
