Heart of Ohio was quick to respond and had a plumber sent to my place first thing the morning after contacting them. Brandon came out and did a great job fixing the issues I had, while being friendly, knowledgeable, and polite. I highly recommend Heart of Ohio for any need you might have.

This company truly has a heart. When my furnace stopped working as temperatures dropped below 20°, they responded quickly and were incredibly professional and friendly. Scott was our technician, and he was knowledgeable, efficient, and stayed to make sure everything was working properly after he had fixed the issue. Moved into a new home. We wanted to have our furnace serviced and ensure it was being maintained properly. The tech that came out was very nice and helpful. Stated we needed some work done on our boiler estimating around $1500. Told him I would like to speak to my husband first. I called later that day to ask a question and the person at the Brunswick office said they will call me back. Never did. Called a couple days later to set up service for everything our tech described. They took my info and I never got a call back. A week later, I went with another company and they were able to send somebody out the same day and fix our problem the same day for way cheaper. The money is not the problem, but the lack of customer service in calling me back is what irritates me. You guys lost out on my business that day, but also my business for the future.

Had a furnace and AC unit installed in 2024. I had an Aprilaire 700 humidifier on the old furnace working. Once they left in June, winter came and the Humidifier didn't work. Called them out to look at it and do one of the included inspections, I was told its wired wrong and need schematics. Days turned to weeks, weeks to months and months to a year. I called Aprilaire and had a call last 7 minutes, got the schematics, wired it myself and now its working fine. For the service I received I was overcharged by atleast $1000. $8900 was the cost of my install and my working equipment was no longer working upon install. The rest of the system i am more than happy with but once they collected my money I went from a priority to the back burner. Aprilaire customer support saved me from buying a $500 humidifier when a professional company couldn't obtain schematics to fix my humidifier.
