Allen came out and he did a great job explaining options for controlling air quality. I was at home with my kids and felt super comfortable with him coming in, they had sent a picture of him in front of his van so I knew exactly who to expect which was very nice.
Parker came to service my home. This guy was so nice and respectful. He made me feel very safe. He saw where I kept my ladder to access the attic and put it back for me. He left no mess. He was so quiet I would forget he was there. He was very very thorough. I highly reccomend asking for Parker. Great guy and an even better service tech.
Very thorough, knowledgeable and friendly. I like how he took his time to answer my questions and concerns and he didn’t leave until they were answered and and everything was resolved and running smoothly again. I give Harmon Mechanical 10/10 Excellence
