Cody was fantastic and super kind! We needed help removing and installing our new dishwasher, and he came out and got it done in no time! I recently bought a house that needed some upgrades. One happened to be some leaking bypass valves due to Marion’s hard water. The bypass valves location was right before input of water filter. The output of the water filter then went into the water softener system that already had a bypass valve. Since the leaky one was not needed I had Hannah replace the section that had two other unnecessary valves with just copper piping. This upgrade improved my water pressure throughout the house. They also installed some brackets with standoffs so I could safely remove my water filters without bending or damaging my pipes. Pictures below. Both Bill and Adam were friendly and knowledgeable. I was impressed with Adam’s workmanship. I almost forgot to mention their price I felt was very fair.

I called Hanna Plumbing & Heating on Wednesday morning. By Friday afternoon my new Ruud water heater was installed. They were very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, were very friendly and patient. My service technician was very polite and informative as well as straightforward about what needed to be done and any additional cost. I am very pleased with my installation and will use them again in the future. Thank you!
