“Not satisfied! Did not do work requested. Then became argumentative. Do not recommend. Said they would call back and never did. Toilets and refrigerator were not working. One toilet leaked badly after they left however worker said everything worked fine.”

Luke went on explaining the nature of the malfunction, gave me options on fixing the problem, and most importantly gave me the “why” each option might be best.
