⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ We had a great experience with Golden Plumbing. Kyle was very transparent with his assessment and took the time to clearly explain the situation, which we really appreciated. Jordan, the manager, was also extremely helpful and very responsive, he replied quickly and made the whole process smooth and easy. I love that they had someone to answer the phone who could schedule a technician to come by quickly and give an estimate. Got a text day of appointment letting me know when to expect my technician and their name. Professional and straightforward in explaining issue and pricing. They got to work quickly and didn’t tear up my home, cleaned up after themselves. Fantastic work!

Brian and his associate were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of installing our new water tank. They hauled off the old tank and cleaned everything up very well. We were able to get on the schedule quickly and the price was very reasonable. Golden Plumbing will be our go-to plumber from now on!

Absolute Con Artists!!!!! DO NOT CALL THESE PEOPLE!!!!! Tried to charge me $400 for a clogged sink! Another plumber fixed it for $69 If your equipment is so costly it causes you to overcharge your customers for routine work others would charge a fraction of the cost for than that's on you. Your technician mentioned non of the warranties or other costly equipment you mentioned just that it would be $400 to clean out a drain I've since had cleaned for $69. If you think your equipment & warranty justified that much of an increase in charges then maybe your technician should be able to explain that a little better at that appointment. Furthermore after asking why it costs so much your tech said "I could do it myself" which is why I asked him to leave my house at that point. Your employees are incredibly rude & poorly trained!!

Power comes on Saturday, after 8 days and finally home after painfully freezing for 3 of the 8 days then hoteling it. You open your front door and step in water and can hear the rushing, SMELL THE MILDEW! You compose yourself and know where the turn off is but too hard to turn. A neighbor surprises you and rescues you by turning off water. Next, you sit on damp couch in water to begin cold calling plumbers to find and fix leak. You know thousands are doing same thing at the same time. You call your regular plumber but not answering so just go down the list. No time to read reviews. Then you see and cold call, dial Golden Plumbing, never heard of it, and this woman answers, not just answers, but is the most compassionate person ever and not fake! She, Jordan, feels terrible cause no one can come til Monday cause they're completely booked, of course. I tell her I need to keep trying. She says of course and wishes me luck and to call if need anything, like a long time friend! I find another company and hire them on the spot. WHILE the front person comes to explain what they do, which I NEVER KNEW EXISTED in this situation, "repair and restoration" which is incredible, 1 stop shop, and he set up drying machines 2/3 worked, and i was thrilled. (Homeowners need to know this stuff.) During our meeting, Brian calls from Golden to say, a cancelation and he can come to which I thanked and said bye. BY Tuesday, 2 A.M., I realized the company I hired wasn't going to cut it and "fired them" and went back to Jordan, and Brian, at Golden. Jordan called me early A.M. responding to texts,and the PEACE OF MIND began, NO LONGER WANTING TO RUN AWAY,OR WORSE! Brian shows up Tuesday. He measures moisture, this and that everywhere in house, crawl space, and said he'd be back next day to begin. He explained everything and wrote quote right there. A lot of wonderful details in his quote too, but I'm too tired to expound. He ACTUALLY SHOWED UP Wednesday, WHEN SAID! UNLIKE OTHER COMPANY). HE AND Jason, BEGAN looking for LEAKS to repair. AND I TRUSTED THEM TO BE IN MY HOME WITHOUT ME, I gave key. I came back later to check and their precise wallboard cuts were beautiful, they were cleaning up as proceeded. They showed me everything, EXPLAINED, under house too. I could add the stuff about how cool, kind, gentle, reassuring Brian was with this Senior citizen. I can add so much more. But I must add the cherry on the cake. Golden Plumbing works with Mike at Pro-Dry Inc, 615 970 0701, for the restoration and on the spot, Brian called Galena at Pro-Dry to schedule him,Mike, to come Wednesday and Lord, he's as INCREDIBLE! I will add more as we begin Monday, but I finally slept, if y'all get what I mean. So USE, HIRE, Golden Plumbing, info above, and Pro-Dry Restoration Inc, to which I'll review next week, but already can say, perfect! MY 30yr old home, my investment for my future, ( now), is in good caring hands and I don't want to get rid of my home because it will be saved. I will be forever grateful to the sweet caring angel, on the other end of telephone line, Jordan, who saved me! They are all truly, "GOLDEN!"

The saga of a locked-out gas meter and four fabulous plumbers! Piedmont gas is replacing old gas meters in the area. My mother received a letter stating that, so we scheduled the replacement. Her condo is ~50 years old but we didn’t think anything of it. Once the new meter was in place, it indicated there was a very small leak. The Piedmont contractor could not identify the location of the leak, so they had to lock out her gas meter. This was very late in the day. It was critical to get my mom’s gas back up and running, she has a gas hot water heater, and an 85-year-old cannot be without hot water for an extended period. After a few calls the next day, we found many plumbing companies were weeks out to get scheduled. My husband found wonderful reviews for Golden Plumbing online and gave them a call. They were at my mom’s house at 2 PM that same day. They assessed the situation, gave us a quote and they were back the next day at 8 AM to do the work. With all this said, I really want to give a shout out to the four guys that took care of my mom’s gas line replacement. Jared and Wes arrived for the initial assessment, they checked all fittings for leaks, determining the leak was under the slab. They were both very polite, respectful and insisted on putting on shoe coverings when entering the home. We discussed options and solutions for our situation and they provided a quote. We decided it was best to replace the gas line fully to ensure the leak was bypassed. Jared was back the next morning to get the project started. Shane and Jason arrived right after and quickly determined how to best tackle the project. All four of these guys were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. They were happy to answer all questions and were very interactive during their time at the house. They completed the job on time and did a great job of cleaning up. I can’t say enough about how good these guys are and how well the job was completed! We were in a huge bind and needed help quickly! They were truly amazing and really saved the day for us!

I called Golden Plumbing for what I thought would be a simple faucet repair, but it turned into one of the most valuable service calls I’ve had. Our technician, Haven, ran a pressure test and showed me the incoming water pressure was around 110 PSI, when it should be no more than about 75 PSI for a home. I’ll be honest; I initially thought I was being upsold. But while he was there, I did some quick research myself, and everything he was explaining checked out. He recommended replacing the pressure reducing valve (PRV) and explained how excessive pressure and volume can damage faucet cartridges, leading to leaks, premature wear, and costly repairs. That made complete sense, especially since I was already dealing with a failing faucet. I agreed to the work, and I’m very glad I did. Haven was professional, patient, and genuinely helpful; not pushy at all. The work was done efficiently, and I now feel confident knowing my home’s water pressure is properly regulated and my plumbing fixtures are protected. Highly recommend Golden Plumbing, and especially Haven!

Golden Plumbing has earned a customer for life and a 5 star referral. We had a a pipe burst in our concrete slab, which required significant disruption to our home and family, Including jackhammering a trench through our kitchen floor. However, the crew spent 4 days methodically, making all the necessary fixes. They were exceptionally clear in communicating and setting expectations. The crew was very sensitive to minimizing downtime with shutting off the water and worked with us on scheduling how to best do that with our family needs. They were as clean as you can be given the situation and tidied up every day that they left, including doing a great job of wiping down and cleaning up the house on their last day. A couple of minor things came up that should have added to the bill, but the company did not nickel-and-dime us so that went a long way as well. Lastly, they did an exceptional job of working with our insurance company to help get certain aspects of our job covered. Nothing but the best of things to say for this entire crew!

This recent weather event that left us without power for 10+ hours, was not hard in itself, but it was long enough for our water to freeze coming up from our spring box to our house, thus no water for 8 days now. A spring box is not something many are familiar with today, but Golden Plumbing came the day after we called. It required a tool that had to be ordered and arrived the next day. Today they came and attempted to 'unfreeze' the water in the pipe. We will have to work with Mother Nature until the earth warms up. BUT, once that happens, Golden Plumbing will be back to help us with making our system better. Their work ethic is beyond what you find today, and it is comforting to know we have finally found our absolute 'Go To' company for our plumbing needs. More to come...once we are able to call and say, "we're ready". 'Til then, sure wish we had an outhouse.

My daughter, Hanah, is a dispatcher for Golden Plumbing and has spoken very highly about the company.. so when we had a sink issue at work, I called to see when they could come out. Jordan set me up with a tech, Cody, who was there surprisingly quickly. He came in assessed my issues and had them fixed in under an hour... He was very courteous and professional!!! Jordan handled my call with professionalism and courtesy.. as for the invoicing, it came in before Cody even left the property, and Jordan had the W9 first thing this morning... It has been approved and sent up . This service was amazing!! If anyone has any issues with plumbing, please give them a call .. they are phenomenal!!!!!

I had a busted pipe that turned into a stressful situation fast, but Cody from Golden Plumbing completely saved the day. He showed up quickly, diagnosed the issue right away, and got to work without wasting any time. You could tell he really knew what he was doing. Not only did he fix the pipe efficiently, but he also made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving, which I really appreciated. He explained what went wrong and gave helpful advice to prevent it from happening again. Fair pricing, professional attitude, and solid workmanship—I wouldn’t hesitate to Cody again. Extremely overpriced service. I was charged over $300 to replace an expansion tank on my water heater, a job that took about 10 minutes. To make matters worse, I provided the replacement tank myself. They advertise “free in-home estimates,” but after quoting such a high price I should have asked the technician to leave. I also still have not received an invoice, which should have been provided immediately after the service. Very disappointing experience as a first-time customer who was hoping to find a reliable plumber for future work. Customers should proceed with caution.

Such a great company! I called them late at 11pm after trying everything in my power to fix my toilet on my own (98% sure this is the right company, I was exhausted at this point). I explained what happened, asked about pricing, they gave a fair price and sent someone out the next morning. Julio was great, a very nice guy! He explained everything in great detail, and took the entire toilet out and grabbed the item that was stuck. My little one was so excited about having her potty back, she leaned in and gave him a hug for the road on the way out! Good as new! 😁

So thankful for this company. I paid another plumber to set up my reverse osmosis. It never worked right, constantly leaked at the tap. The plumber was not helpful at all and said it will go away. I tried troubleshooting the problem with the company that made the reverse osmosis. They send a new faucet. Kyle from Golden Plumbing came out, installed the new faucet but found the problem was in the connection (previous plumber) and fixed it. He was intelligent, professional, courteous, and neat. So glad I found this company, they took the time and made it work.
