Ahmed and his team performed a/c mini split and water heater installation in one day of hard work. Was a rainy day, and they kept the house extremely clean. All three were extremely courteous and helpful in explaining how to operate new equipment.

Overall just amazing service from start to finish Gold Medal exceeded the mark. First off a huge thank you to Shane Sweeny and his expertise in the sales process. He came out late on Saturday when our heat was down and we were surviving on workarounds and space heaters. Made the process smooth and as painless as possible. He went to bat for us and really helped us out. Our installers came out right on time first thing Monday despite the horrible cold 🥶. Ivan and his partner (sorry I missed your name) were extremely professional taking sure to communicate the process and keeping our home safe from any damages as they worked. They were very respectful and most importantly we have a full system in a day! Heating and cooling in just one day and my family is sitting comfortably again. I called Gold Medal because my water heater was leaking and the pipes were calcified and causing corrosion. Noel Garay was assigned to assess the damage and quote a price for remediation. Noel was very polite and knowledgeable. He thoroughly explained the chemistry of what caused the initial issues and what the repair would entail. Noel answered all my questions/concerns and made me feel comfortable hiring him to do the job. He was able to fit me into his schedule as soon as the next day and was done with the repair in an hour. The difference was night and day! I am very pleased with Noel’s work and wouldn’t hesitate to call Gold Medal in the future!
