Kenyall and Kevontay arrived promptly to my service appointment! Very courteous, respectful and professional. They both worked as a team to fix my sink and solve my drainage problem! They were knowledgeable and advised of what they were doing along the way! Both were an absolute pleasure! And I would highly recommend both men and General Plumbing!
My service technician, Dylan, arrived 10 minutes early for the appointment, which General Plumbing was able to reschedule for me early in the morning to my benefit. Dylan had a really awesome personality. He was very enjoyable to talk to. He’s spent a great deal of time assessing my situation, provided me with as much detail as I wanted to know about what was involved, and resolved my concern that I needed a new hot water heater. He was very thorough and very professional. Moreover, my initial communication with General Plumbing involved a woman named Tracy, who was very helpful and pleasant. I highly recommend General Plumbing.
I've been searching for a reliable plumbing partner for years. I am done. As owner of Zach of All Trades Property Services, trust is hard to come by. This company just earned it. They will be my first call for anything plumbing—every time. Today... From intake to execution, it was flawless: honest, straightforward, professional. They delivered exactly what was needed, and a bit more, without the sales pitch. Amy—assuming the office manager—called me at 8am on behalf my client, currently stationed in Korea, this morning. Perfect execution from front desk to guys in the truck. I had a mixed experience with General Plumbing. Over the course of two days, I spent a total of $2,657. The plumbers themselves worked hard, were on time, and were very personable and professional, which I genuinely appreciated. Unfortunately, the underlying issue was misdiagnosed. I was quoted and worked on under the assumption that there was a broken pipe, when in reality the problem ended up being a backed-up septic tank (causing a kitchen sink backup) After two days of work, the issue was still not resolved, and concrete was left drilled into. I ultimately had Stuart Plumbing come out, and they quickly identified the septic issue and pumped the tank, which resolved the problem. I want to be clear that the technicians were courteous and put in real effort, but the misdiagnosis led to unnecessary work and significant cost without fixing the root cause. I hope this feedback helps improve diagnostics for future customers.
Josh, the technician was great. He came to the house and immediately found the problem. He went to buy the part and came back and replaced it. Employees Amy and Tracy were extremely helpful with my paperwork and very nice to speak to. A great business and I recommend them highly. Thank you General Pluming and Air.
