Bob arrived in 40 minutes from when our Hot Water Heater failed. We had flooding in our house caused from the failure. While not a true emergency, he arrived quickly and the quality of his plumbing work was fantastic. He came prepared with the right tools, hardware, and replacement so there was no wasted time. I highly recommend him for any service you might need!
Bob the owner of Dylewski Plumbing was extremely knowledgeable with a very difficult Plumbing issue. The plumbing issue was so extensive to solve but Bob with his vast knowledge was able to find the solution with Hard work and many years of experience. I would recommend Dylewski Plumbing to anyone. Bob also very easy to work with under extreme stress and was also polite and cordial. Thanks to Bob I will be able to use my facilities again.
Texted Bob on a Sunday about needing copper supply lines relocated. Came out next day to analyze the job and had it completed by mid-week. Was not an emergency service but needed it completed relatively quickly to continue our remodel. He got the job done timely and his work was impeccable!
Extremely rude. I called in asking for a quote. He told me if I sent pictures he could send me the quote over the phone. I said ok, but that if he preferred, I could just Facetime him on the spot. His answer was so rude "absolutely not!". I was just thinking that time seemed to be important to him, so I thought of Facetime just so he could see if the job is something he even wants/have time for, an innocent thought. A simple "no thanks, just photos works best for me" would have sufficed. Instead I gasped and asked again "excuse me, what did you say?" to which he replied "I said, absolutely not, no Facetime". I said "sorry, I dont think this is going to work out, bye". In less than 30 seconds I dodged working with rude and impatient people. He must have so much demand to have 5 star reviews being this rude with people asking for quotes. It is like buying coffee in NYC and getting an attitude with your coffee. Not cool. Thumbs down. Manners should be part of your trade. reply: You answer speaks by itself. Instead of clearing it up only, you attack me judging my style of giving reviews, which shows why it is just not a good idea to work with you. Furthermore, you can answer and engage and continue on calls while you drive if you choose to, or not. It does not excuse the way you spoke with a potential client. However, see how many of YOUR negative client reviews are because you are rude? It shows you are great at your craft and not great with people.
We called Bob to service to issues with 2 toilets in our condo. He arrived in 1.5 hrs from time of call which was AMAZING! Won’t bore you with the specific issues, but will say with confidence we took his professional opinions and advice. Our was a 2 part service, on 2nd visit, Bob arrived when he said he would, even called when he was on his way. He quoted his price once we knew the specific fix. You get what you pay for- knowledge, expertise, professional, courteous and solution driven- he has all these traits~ We highly recommend Bob!
