What impressed me most was how organized the technician was during the repair. He replaced a cracked pipe under the bathroom sink and kept all the tools and removed parts neatly out of the way. Small detail maybe, but it made the whole process feel much more professional and less stressful.

I had a water heater that was not working, including giving a sulfuric smell to the water, which I have read online is very dangerous. I scheduled an appointment with a larger repair company, but they had to change the appointment at the last minute to the next day, due to the long time that it would take to do the labor. Starting at 11:00 a.m., I called every company that I found on Google and several contractors I know, and none were available for same day repair. I called GEI Plumbing after 3:00 p.m., and they said that they would be able to do the work. They came out by 5:15, and had the entire water heater replaced and operational by 9:00 p.m., at a very reasonable price. They are LIFESAVERS, and I am very very happy to have found them. I cannot recommend GEI Plumbing highly enough!

The guys came in so quickly and fixed the gas pipe in no time. It was an exterior 1/2” house gas outlet sticking out from the brick wall. These guys took the old badly corroded black steel pipe out very artistically without breaking the bricks and installed a galvanized pipe through the hole. Very clean nice job! You can see the pictures of what they did.
