Friendly Plumbing is a wonderful company. We had a leak in our storage area and were so worried about what was happening. I called Friendly Plumbing and Michael was here the next day. Looked at the issue and told me all I needed was an end cap on a vent pipe and he wouldn't take any payment from me. So nice to work with an honest company.

I had an emergency water heater issue on a Sunday and called Friendly Plumbing. Even though they were technically closed, they answered my call, gave me instructions for safety until they could arrive the following morning and provided me with warranty information on the unit within minutes of us talking The next day when Michael arrived he knew within minutes what the issue was, explained why it malfunctioned and had the faulty parts installed. Because of the previous days water leak, the unit wouldn’t stay lit because everything was still wet so we set up a large fan to dry it out and he returned later to finalize the repair. Michael has done other work at my home over the years and it’s always done meticulously, professionally and of course Friendly! He’s a plumbing genius! Fortunately for me he installed a floor drain years ago in the utility closet and that saved my adjoining room’s flooring during this incident From start to finish this company was amazing- made a tough situation much easier to navigate. Highly recommend them for sll your plumbing needs

Total ripoff! I hired them to take a look for a partially clogged toilet. A guy came and asked, if I wanna remodel?!!! I said no He said; well, it will cost you $825!!! For what?!! He said we will remove the whole toilet and unclogged. I told him it’s just a partial clogging. He said:” I know but that’s our price”!! Total RIPOFF

I cannot speak highly enough of Friendly plumbing. The owner is so conscientious. He resolved my tree root drain clog quickly and competently, left the area spotless, and even resolved an additional issue I had with low water pressure in my faucet. He was also so personable and polite. I would hire him any time.
