James was professional, prompt, and incredibly knowledgeable from start to finish. He took the time to explain everything clearly, worked efficiently, and made what could’ve been a stressful situation feel completely manageable. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right—not rushing, not cutting corners. Freedom Plumbing got us out of a pickle just in the nick of time. Right when we were ready to list our house for sale, the water heater went out. They came quickly, replaced it with a higher capacity water heater, and increased the value of the home. We were so pleased with the service that when my parents needed their WH replaced, I felt confident in referring them to Freedom Plumbing. Great service. Great company.
I was very pleased with the service that Freedom Plumbing provided. I was having issues with the water pressure in my house. It took 2 visits to resolve the issue but I'm completely satisfied with their work. Their team was professional and explained the work they were doing. They are a company I can trust.

I would definitely use them again!! Jacob came out to diagnose the problem and promptly solved it. He's very knowledgeable and even discovered a toilet leak I was unaware of.
