“This is like the 4th time they have came out to see why the sewage is clogging and over filling each time they find nothing wrong snake it and the issue comes back after a couple weeks to a month later. I'm tired of having to make sure my bathroom works each day or coming home to it poring out on the front of my house”

Franklin came out to scope with a camera that did not work, kept giving me excuses that the pipe was too clogged. We had no toilets for over a week as the same Incompetent idiot came out after hours everyday, unable to 'see' the clog. After almost $700 and no resolve I finally called a decent plumber who had it fixed in …”
“Found angled stop on my toilet with gently weeping leak. Don't know when started, but Franklin had changed out all my turn stops to quarter-turn ball stops when I moved into this house (three years ago). Repair consisted of teflon plumber's tape and reconnecting. But charged for new angled stop and new supply line to toilet plus huge hourly rate.
