Frank Gay Services

My A/C capacitor had gone so I called Frank Gay and they were to get me on the schedule as an emergency. Hemraj Singh was our service technician and he did an amazing job. Super knowledgeable and very friendly. He had us up and going in about 20 minutes. He showed me how to better maintain my system and options on the components that needed additional servicing in the future. All in all it was a great experience and I would highly recommend this company for you A/C needs.

We had a prepaid electric service appointment that’s turned into a diagnostic, repair and install for surcharge protection. Brendan was extremely knowledgeable and informative. He gave us all our options and provided us his professional opinion. Completed the inspection, diagnostic and repair on under 2 hours. Appreciate his services. I would like to thank Zach Brown, for his excellent service. Very pleasant, went over things with me. Explaining to what he was going to do. Moved into my home over 20years ago. Technician was friendly but seemed to be more of a salesman!! We where charged almost $500 to have the septic tank pumped where we had paid $350 4 months ago to have it pumped!! He informed us that we needed a new septic system (tank and drainage system. The quote was for $29,000. The quote for a new drain field was $20,000. I know this is extremely high for a conventional gravity 1000 gallon septic system. We know people in our area who have had new drain fields installed for around $3,000. Also we noticed that he had put a sticker on our AC unit (which had nothing to do with the service call). We will definitely not be using their services in the future and will certainly NOT be recommending them to anyone!!

First let me say the technician was 5 star, the reason I only gave it 3 stars is because what then charged for what they did was way out of proportion. I paid 554.00 for them to replace a 4.00 plastic ceiling box and rehang my existing dinning room light, took him less than an hour. Now let me say I agreed to the price up front there was no deception on there part at all. I know it was way to high for what needed to be done, because I'm a retired contractor, but at 76 now , I just can't get on a ladder and do it myself anymore. So they won't be getting a call from me in the future for any other repairs needed. 3 DAYS LATER I'm happy to let everyone know a very pleasant lady named Jessica reached out to me the next day and said she would review this with upper management and get back to me . She did the very next day and offered me a 200.00 adjustment to my bill. I was very pleased with that and was very amazed at how quickly they acted to please me. From Jessica to the technician I have to say were all amazing to work with. *****
