The plumber worked for less than 1 hour and we were charged $430.00 in labor costs to replace a toilet wax ring and fix 2 bathroom faucets. The washer costs for the 2 faucets totaled $242.00. The owner said they do not charge by the hour, but by the item and we needed 4 washers for each …”
