We have been using Fletcher for many years and they have always provided great service. My recent experience was was nerve-wracking with my heater blowing cold air during the coldest days we've had in years. The tech was here quickly, explained everything that was happening and exactly what he was doing to identify the issue and best plan forward. He was professional and personable and I was so relieved to feel that warm air blowing again! I also received a follow-up call to ensure everything was still running properly. This went from a super stressful situation with nothing but bad news to a manageable break. My furnace is 9 years old so not new but not exactly old. About 6-7 years ago I started having problems with the air being pushed through the vents and had some quick big hvac company come out. The tech ended up banging the life out of this wheel and housing because he couldn’t get it out. Wasn’t about to have the same company come out after the assault I witnessed (RIP old wheel, motor and housing). After looking at reviews I chose Fletchers and eventually was up and running again. Fast forward to about a week ago, no more air 😭 Just had a new AC unit installed so maybe that’s it… nope. It’s the same issue as before. To begin I was extremely frustrated, not going to lie. I thought this was fixed. But something ended up slowly coming loose and it all went down hill from there. Brian Fletcher and the super knowledgeable tech Jason helped simmer my anxiety spiraling, explained everything, got down on the floor with me to show me the major damage, and have been honest with me. Still no air, but the wheel got bent while being shaken around in there so fingers crossed the new one comes in quickly and in tact so the install goes smoothly. Really appreciate the time Brian took with me as a customer. It’s clear that he takes pride in the work they do.

We wanted to give props to Fletchers and Chuck Guessford for helping us out with a recent plumbing issue. Fletchers was able to get Chuck to our house right after New Years for a clogged kitchen sink and much needed sink piping replacement. Chuck was extremely thorough and professional and most of all did not mind all of our questions. After his initial diagnosis, Chuck came back after hours, when he was not on call, to snake the line, finishing up after 9pm. Then Chuck was able to come back out the following week and address our non-critical pluming issues and did a great job, including installing a brand new kitchen faucet that we are very pleased with. Thank you to Fletchers and Chuck for helping us out and making it a great experience!!!
