Eddie and Brandon did an outstanding job installing my hot water heater. They arrived promptly in the morning and worked efficiently through the afternoon, finishing around 4 PM. Their attention to detail and commitment to doing the job the right way really stood out. They were professional, respectful of my home, and kept me informed throughout the process. I genuinely feel confident in the quality of their work—they’ve definitely earned my trust. Highly recommend!
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (If I could give 47 stars, I would.) Let me tell you about Eduardo from First Response Plumbing — a man, a myth, a plumbing legend. From the moment he arrived, I knew I wasn’t dealing with your average wrench-wielding mortal. Eduardo showed up on time (actually early — which in the plumbing world feels like spotting a unicorn), greeted me with a smile, and immediately made me feel like my home — and my plumbing crisis — actually mattered. Courteous? Eduardo could teach a masterclass in courtesy. He listened. He asked thoughtful questions. He explained things without once making me feel like I should’ve majored in Pipe Engineering. At one point I’m fairly certain he apologized to my water heater on my behalf. Communicative? The man narrates plumbing like Morgan Freeman narrates documentaries. Every step was explained clearly — what he found, what it meant, what my options were, and what each option would cost. No vague “yeahhh this might be expensive” shoulder shrugs. Just straight facts, clearly laid out, like a plumbing professor breaking down the syllabus on day one. And let’s talk transparency. I’ve seen less clarity in bottled water. Eduardo walked me through pricing before lifting a single tool. No mystery fees. No surprise charges. No “oh by the way” moments at the end. The invoice matched the quote. Revolutionary concept. He worked efficiently, kept everything clean, and left my space better than he found it. I half expected him to fluff the couch pillows on his way out. If every service professional operated like Eduardo, we’d all sleep better at night knowing our pipes — and our sanity — were in good hands. If you’re considering calling Eduardo at First Response Plumbing, stop considering. Just call. Your future, leak-free self will thank you.
The call was trough the Choice home warranty and was done one day ahead of original scheduled date. very professional diagnostic that Chason did and then discussed the next steps. very clean, polite, definitely professional and most of all open to give me a crash course. Thank you so much, learned a lot.
Dear customers, My honest review here, do not choose First Response Plumbing company for your tankless water heater installation. They did very bad job and city inspection failed three times. There were so many problem and last one being the exhaust went not installed properly and they need to that job. They did that job and asking me to pay additionally. Before doing that job they did not tell at all that I am responsible for that work and now asking me to paid money. They are claiming that they are not roofers and did not job and aksing to pay me. If that is not their job, they should not have touched my roof at all, why did they touch who are not roof professional for exhaust went, why did they did not let me know about it before hand....and spoiled my roof as well. Horrible company do not chosse them.
Eddie did an awesome job trouble shooting our problem. He was very thorough and knowledgeable. I appreciated him teaching some good useful tips to keep our appliance in good condition
