I love Fig's Plumbing! Definitely 100% would highly recommend to all of my family and friends. The level of honest customer service, professionalism, cleanliness, and craftsmanship they delivered was hands down the best work ever. Not to mention how quickly they finished the job. Thank you again for all you do!!
We had a pretty difficult bath tub install, and Bill and Bill came over and figured it out! It relieved so much stress because we have a deadline to get our bathroom remodel done by October for our wedding. And the tub was the only thing holding us back. It was more affordable than I anticipated too. Highly recommend!
I had a fantastic experience with Figs Plumbing From the moment they arrived, they were professional, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained the repairs in a way that was easy to understand. The job was completed efficiently and to a high standard. I highly recommend Figs Plumbing for anyone in need of reliable and quality plumbing services. I will definitely be calling them again for any more future plumbing!
They had positive reviews so I contacted them about an older outdoor hose bib that was leaky. The owner, Eric, responded "Thank you for the photos. Due to the overall condition of the galvanized piping we do not want to attempt to remove this hosebib as it may lead to other issues." I would think a professional plumbing company would be able to offer a solution, perhaps installing a new hose bib on the same water line? Do not recommend this company.
We used Figs Plumbing and we regret it. Daniel did not meet contract agreement. They installed bathtub, toilet and vanity. They failed to connect the vanity sink drain and it started leaking. He did not show up for couple days to connect it properly. We set appointment a week out to have tub shower door installed. We paid him the contract ageement amount which I wrote on check that it included the shower door istall and he then changed his mind and said it would be double what he originally agreed to. We decided to move forward and he calls the night before and stated we needed to find someone else to install it. He recommended a guy to install tile and the tile guy left areas without grout and medal framing not seated. Portions are not level and parts sticking out where someone could actually get cut.
Very interesting experience that I was not expecting after seeing and reading all the 5 stars reviews on yelp. I felt bamboozled and confused after my experience. I was looking for a plumber to flush my tanklesswater heater and let me know why my toilet was making noise. I thought it could be the flapper but wasn't sure.. I also wanted to find a plumbing company for future plumbing needs. I researched and received several options. Iversion plumbing kept coming up and people spoke very highly of them and recommended them repeatedly I contacted the business on yelp and they were very responsive. The plumber was nice, explained what chemical he would be using to flush my water heater. The day of my appointment , I moved my car to allow there to be more open space. Once , the plumber Arrived, I opened up the garage, and let him work on the water heater. I usually ask questions to learn about the process and watch to maybe learn something . However, I had been traveling and recently attended a funeral a couple of days before and I was tired . So I opened the garage door by pressing the garage button and let the plumber go to work. I stayed in the house and completed very light chores. Plumber # 2 later arrived to check out the toilet. I didn't know I needed 2 plumbers and a 2nd plumber would be on the job. No worries, he assessed the toilet while the water heater was being worked on. The Toilet was flushed about 20 times and I kept think of my water bill. It was undetermined why toilet was making noise by plumber #2. The owner/ plumber #1 later came and assessed and said I needed a gasket and he would need to check in with his supplier regarding parts and measurements, and he estimated that it would cost a couple hundred dollar, somewhere between $300-$600 approximately . I wasn't understanding. I need A gasket and my toilet to be taken apart ? I was puzzled. The Toilet was fairly new, The toilet was making noise and refilling to water line every 15-30 minutes. I thought and was hoping Only a flapper was needed and I had a new one. The plumbers left and left out of the garage. Overall, I was grateful for their time and service and finished flushing the water heater sooner than the expected time given. I clicked the button, to let the garage door down and it stalled. This never happened before. I clicked the button again and same thing. It would not let down. So I walked into the center of the garage and stood on a chair and noticed that the red cord was tied around the metal piece holding up the light from the ceiling. What in the world? I untied it while the UPS driver watched in suspense across the street and the door would not come down at all. So I called the plumber on the phone and he denied tying the cord to the ceiling. He came back to help me manually pull down the garage door and reset it. This hasn't ever happened before they came and since that day. What I remember about the plumbers were that they were tall and I can easily see where the dangly cord can be annoying to someone tall. I'm only 5'5 and needed a chair to reach it and still had to stretch my arm to touch it. I never heard back about the gasket. However, I was able to get the flapper changed and the noise/ ghost flushing stopped. A flapper Costs less than$6.00 at the store and I had an extra one from the toilet Manufacturer. I was puzzled by the experience and later found out among the 5 star reviews, I missed the review where someone reported bad experience after calling them out to set up washer and dryer in new home. For some reason I no longer see it posted but still see a couple of 1-2 stars reviews among the many 5 stars. I give 2 stars due to the lady on the phone was very nice and the water heater was flushed.
Recently, a family member used a local plumbing company and while satisfied with their work felt that they up-sold something not really needed at the moment. Thus, I wanted to look for a different company to replace my bathtub diverter. While reading the reviews for Iverson Plumbing on Yelp, I noticed the REQUEST A QUOTE option; thus, I explained what I needed done and 2 minutes later the owner, Eric, responded asking for a picture of my current diverter. I was unable to take and send a picture until this morning but about an hour later Eric sent me a quote. I did not realize my request to Iverson Plumbing on Yelp would mean other plumbing businesses would see it and would message me, too; however, none of them were willing to give me a quote on-line. Once I let Eric know the price was acceptable, he said an employee was available to change the diverter today between 2 and 4. At 1:57 his employee Mike called to say he would be there in 20 minutes. Mike came wearing a mask and put on booties before coming inside; he was very nice, professional and expertly changed the diverter. I would definitely use this plumbing company again; Iverson Plumbing may be small but they understand the importance of offering great customer service by giving an upfront quote plus having a very knowledgeable yet friendly employee. One final plus was the fact once I gave Mike a check as payment, he immediately e-mailed me a copy of the invoice showing a zero balance (very much prefer less passing of paperwork during COVID-19).
A couple of years ago I hired Iverson Plumbing to reseat my toilet with a new wax ring. They were reasonable and did the job quickly and well . This time around the job was more extensive. So I got some bids from other plumbers too this time around. I also watched some UTube videos on how to fix the issue with various degrees of "could be " issues. I talked to several plumbers thru YELP and got several estimates after most came out to my house.. Iverson Plumbing was about the most reasonable so I hired them. Note none of the bids were near where Angies List said the cost should be. Apparently they haven't updated since before the pandemic!. Nevertheless Iverson's was not to far above it. Having hired Iverson's before, and liking the price compared with the other bids, I asked him to also replace my house main water shutoff valve which he did with a new ball valve. In all he was done in less than 2 hours and his price was less than a third of the highest bid I had received (with his price including the valve replacement where the others did not). And the work was preformed similar to the plumbers on UTube suggested the job should be done, and not by jackhammering 12 square feet of my bathroom concrete floor which was in a bid. I'm sold on Iverson's Plumbing and their quality work and honest job quoting and fair pricing. Should I need another plumbing job I will call Iverson's Plumbing. Thanks Eric!
It has been awhile since I had had these guys come in to install our water softener, but I had forgotten to write a review for them. These guys were very fair in their pricing, they did not mark up the price further when I had described that we had preplumbing for our water softener and already purchased a water softener. They gave us an estimate over the phone and then when Mike came out to do a visual check and took photos and sent it to the person in charge of pricing. The gal there confirmed the original quote. When we had another plumber give us a quote over the phone, they quoted us over $200 more than the Iverson's. Then when their plumber cane out to physically inspect, they quoted us over $100 more than the original quote over the phone. So basically nearly $400.00 more! Uhhhh....I'll go with the Iverson's! Thanks! So the Mike was the one coming in to do the work. He used a welder to cut the pipes and installed copper pipes, the nice high quality stuff. I was so very happy with their work! These guys are very nice! They are a family owned business, Mike is a good friend and spoke very highly of the Iverson's. I would recommend these guys to everyone. They are fair and honest with their pricing and have good quality workmanship. I've had my water softener for quite some time and no issues at all! Thank you so very much Iverson's Plumbing!
This is the third time we've used Iverson Plumbing. This time our water heater quit producing hot water and the service code indicated it needed a new chamber sensor. Although the part was still under warranty, it would take 1-2 days for it to arrive from Rheem. The efficient customer service rep said a second option was to have the part replaced today if their parts warehouse had it in stock. They did but it would cost me $75 instead of being free under warranty in 1-2 days. The cost of the part seemed very inexpensive to me. I really appreciated that Iverson did not jack up the price of the part knowing we needed hot water today. $75 hardly buys anything these days I was told the technicians would be here today between 1:30-3:30. They arrived exactly at 1:30. The two technicians were great guys and had the new part installed in about 30 minutes. The labor including the part was very reasonable and it was clear the charges were not increased because they came out in a few hours the same day. We have used the big name plumbing companies in the past but never again. Do yourself and your wallet a favor and contact Iverson Plumbing first. You will be glad you did.
I contacted Iverson on a recommendation from someone in my community. They were fast, able to come in the same week I needed them. We originally hired Iverson to convert our double sink drain to a single drain sink and reinstall our garbage disposal in the new sink. We had an unexpected issue arise when our kitchen counters guy was working the day prior, when we discovered our dishwasher was not installed correctly to code and that our angle stop shutoffs under the sink were not functional. The young man Iverson sent to us was only here for a couple of hours and very efficiently reconfigured our drain, installed a code complaint air gap for our dishwasher, replaced our angle stops, and reinstalled our garbage disposal without any further issues. The value was fair market price. I was pleased with the cost. Iverson provided a really clear quote for the original service and a swiftly updated quote after we discovered the angle stops issue. They did not nickel and dime, what was on our quote was what we paid. If we need more pipework, we will call Iverson again. Thank you!
I needed to add a secondary main water shut off valve so I can install the smart water shut off for my house. Eric responded to my request within minutes and set up a time to come out 3 days later. I chose Iverson plumbing because they gave me a flat rate quote versus other plumbing business telling me that they can send a technician to come out and look with service fee charge. They also offered new customer discount! Eric and Jake came out right on time and finished adding the new valve for me in an hour. The installation was clean and they left no trash behind After the installation, I tested to see if the valve work but the water was still running. I contacted Eric and he responded right away, saying that I need to wait for a couple minutes for the water to completely drained. And it did! I have never feel for stupid but at the same time relieved cause I picked the right company to do business with. Now I know who to call if I have any plumbing needs. Overall, very satisfied! And highly recommend the business!
Usually plumbing problems start with something that feels like an emergency. Sadly that's not usually how it gets treated by a plumbing place. But I had heard good things about Figs. A local place thats been here for decades. So when my water heater stopped working I have them a call. I called on wendsday and Fig himself was there that day to assess the situation. He gave me a couple of choices at that time. I went out of town and called him the following Monday. By wensday I had a perfectly installed water heater. The work is immaculate. The price was fair. Fig himself was great. He was friendly and straightforward. Ive worked with enough plumbers to really appreciate his willingness to work around my schedule and situation and also to know that his pricing was very fair. It's not bargain basement prices but for the level of work you get he could charge a lot more. I'm very happy and I'll use Fig's for a long as I'm in sacremento.
Super fantastic experience! We needed a toilet replaced in our home and I contacted IP through yelp messages. They got back to me within minutes with a fair estimate and I was able to schedule desired appointment time . They instructed me to select the toilet we would want at Home Depot or wherever you choose and leave at will call where they can pick it up and deliver for install. When Mike showed up , he was very professional, respectful, and clean . He entered our home with protective booties on his shoes, brought his own floor covering to work around the toilet to keep as clean as possible when removing and installing the new toilet . He was quick and efficient . He even took the time to answer some other plumbing questions we had. He was awesome. Totally happy with Iverson Plumbing. We found our go to professional for life ! Thanks you :)
Had a great experience with Iverson Plumbing. They sent out a technician named Ethan the morning after my issue, who was on time, friendly, and clearly knew what he was doing. I had a stubborn drain clog affecting multiple fixtures (kitchen, laundry, and guest bath), and he had everything cleared and flowing again in under an hour. He worked from both the outside clean-out and inside the house, explained what he was seeing, and gave honest feedback without pushing unnecessary services. He also offered some practical tips to help prevent future clogs. Price was fair, scheduling was fast, and the communication was professional throughout. Would definitely recommend Iverson Plumbing to anyone dealing with a tough clog or looking for reliable plumbing service in the Rancho Cordova area. I reached out via Yelp first and then moved to e-mail.
