Ethan was very knowledgeable and explained what was causing the issue. He made recommendations on what needed to to be done and avenues we can pursue. Friendly, great communication and outstanding customer service. He worked on flushing our water heater tank and he replaced and installed a thermal expansion safety tank.
Very knowledgeable technician. He walked me through the whole process and explained the airflow of my system to include how to use the dampers. Very personable, respectful and pleasant. Great job E.Jones! I signed up for a special to have FH FURR do three system checks in a year. The price for the checks were reasonable; The cost of the repairs, IMHO, were astronomical! I might as well buy a whole new system.
Our Service Technician was Sean Zuniga. He was outstanding! He spent time to discuss each part of the repairs we needed and provided several options with varying costs to help us choose what was best for us. No pressure. He also discovered one future repair we needed. He was courteous, respectful, professional and most of all very friendly. Thank you!!!
Paul was awesome, professional and efficient. The technician gets 5 stars for his work. He was very knowledgeable and was a pleasure to talk to. Problem is that one of the repairs recommended did not fix the issue I am having with my HVAC system. New tech came out. Was honest and recommended a different repair. Will update later.
I am EXTREMELY HAPPY with the Service Specialist, Chris Pruitt from F.H. Furr! Came out in Christmas Eve! I was in a panic 🫨 wondering what I was going to do about my faucet and how to have water in the kitchen. The faucet operates on a “new” type of touch technology. Chris figured it out and got it working in no time!
