I was referred to this company through the Stafford Talk Facebook page and I’m really glad I called them. My well has been struggling due to the severe drought in our area, so I needed Stafford County water run from the county meter at the road to my home. Austin came out while it was still icy, took measurements, and had a quote back to me the same day. He offered a reasonable military discount and very fair pricing. We had received other quotes ranging from $5,000 to $16,000, some missing necessary work and others trying to run copper the entire distance from the road to the house (which would have been extremely expensive). Austin gave a straightforward, honest quote that beat the competition. There was about a week delay due to snow and permitting, which was understandable and not their fault. Once everything was approved, they completed the job quickly. Communication was great the entire time with clear updates and follow-ups. What stood out the most was the pride the plumber took in his work under the house. The piping was installed very cleanly and neatly, clearly done with long-term durability in mind. Highly recommend!

Clog Hero’s is aptly named! They are my hero’s for sure. Muddy water backed up in my well and my house faucets were running red mud. The professional and knowledgeable folks from this company quickly diagnosed the issue. As a result of all the rain and snow the aquifer feeding my well was compromised. They cleared out my hot water heater and water tank and installed a state of the art water filtration system. Their response to my urgent call was quick and effective. Clog Heroes installed a new sump pump system at home in Fredericksburg before we got all this snow. I'm so glad I did! In the past I would have been dealing with pulling water out of the crawlspace but not this year. After the snow and ice started melt I went to check the crawlspace and see how the sump pump was working and wow! Crawlspace was dry as a bone. These guys really did an amazing job!
