The F.H. Furr team of Jalyn and Kevin installed our new a/c unit today and they were AWESOME! Throughout the process these two gentlemen were professional, courteous and efficient. We were so impressed with the great care they took when they moved about our home to get to the basement. It wasn’t an easy install, yet they made it seamless. Even after getting drenched in a sudden pouring rainstorm these two kept on going to ensure our job was completed in a timely fashion. Both men were not only expert professionals, they were so personable and friendly. I will recommend F.H.Furr to everyone with zero reservations. They are the gold standard of a job well done!

DeSean Booker provided exceptional plumbing service from start to finish. He was professional, knowledgeable, patient, and truly dedicated to solving the issue. What stood out most was how thorough he was — he took the time to try every possible step and solution to fix the problem instead of rushing through the job. Water heater started leaking and we had to shut it down. Desean came out quickly, was very personable and good at explaining everything to the entire family. He was a great representative for the company!

Had to have our HVAC system (furnace and ac) completely replaced as the original system in our house was about to enter into hospice! We got a very informative estimate from Lief on Monday afternoon after a service call that morning that couldn’t help our many times repaired/refurbished system, signed a contract for it on Tuesday and had it installed on Friday. The crew ( Brad, Tommy, Mike Morris and Ken came extra early (with our permission) on a snowy morning to make sure they could get the job done that day and that we wouldn’t be left in the cold over the weekend. They were all extremely professional, friendly, and conscientious. There was - no trace- (except our amazing brand new system) left showing any workers had been in our home that day because they left everything so clean. We would without a doubt recommend them to anyone.

Derrick and Joe were great. The removal and installation went smoothly with no issues. They both were very professional, attentive to detail and seemed to work very well together. They also were respectful in maintaining a clean environment and both were friendly. I want to thank them again for a job well done. I also want to thank Dale and Steve for working with me to come to a comfortable decision on the project.
