I had a wonderful experience with the technician AJ. He was courteous, extremely professional, and patient, making him a valuable asset to your company. He explained in detail what needed to be addressed due to the age of my unit, which was not affordable at the moment, and simply replaced the damaged parts to get the HVAC unit operational. He fixed the unit on the same day he came out to service it, ensuring my family stayed warm that night. I will definitely recommend Fayette Heating and Air to my family and friends.
