I had a great experience working with William on the replacement of my water heater. From start to finish, he was: Highly Professional: He arrived on time, respected my home, and completed the job seamlessly. Responsive: Communication was excellent; he answered all my questions and kept me updated throughout the process. Knowledgeable: It was clear he really knows his stuff, explaining the replacement process and making sure everything was up to code. Overall, it was a very smooth and positive experience. I highly recommend William for any water heater needs!
Yovanni from Fast Water Heater texted before arrival to let me know he would be there soon and well within the stated timeframe. He assessed the job and outlined what was needed to meet local codes. He updated the pricing appropriately to include a few needed items. He completed the work and cleaned the job site. He was very friendly and willing to answer any questions. I got a call back the same day, and the water heater I wanted was installed the next day for $1,400 less than what other plumbers in my area wanted. The whole process was transparent without any sales pressure. Giovanni, the agent that did the installation, was skilled, polite, professional, and worked with me to bring my house up to code at a reasonable price.
