Jon was the plumber assigned to me and my home 7/1/2025 for toilet repairs and value replacements. All I can say is he was very professional, fast and friendly; we were the last job on his docket for the day, but he performed as if it was the first. Job was done well and finished faster than I expected (
Keith was very knowledgeable, professional and thorough. We were very pleased with the work he did for us. He went the extra mile to make sure that the project was complete and was successful. I would not hesitate to call on him if I needed any additional assistance in the future.
Lukasz was professional and efficient and clearly explained the work required to complete our toilet repair. I had contacted a few different companies about the repair before scheduling with Expert. You set yourself apart with excellent customer service on the phone (thanks, Christine!). When I called your office, I was able to get through right away. Christine was very efficient and friendly in understanding the issue and getting the appointment set up. The work was completed the next day. I had an excellent experience from start to finish - thank you (keep doing what you are doing)!
