Chad from Enterprise Plumbing has been such a great help! We needed a second opinion about our water heater that was burning an orange flame(other company plumber said the 2024 unit would need to be replaced) and Chad came out to inspect. After cleaning the assembly chamber and adjusting another part, water heater pilot light is a good blue and water is great. We also had Chad come back out a week later to fix a toilet fill valve and snake out a bathroom sink drain. He was professional and efficient! We will definitely be using Enterprise Plumbing again and again! Call them for great work to be done!

Wow! I had a great experience with Chad! He did excellent work, fast, efficient, and really knew what he was doing. He was also super courteous, respectful, and just an all-around great guy to work with. It’s rare to find someone that professional and easygoing at the same time. Highly recommend!

Very pleased. I had a pipe burst in my basement, and someone was out in 20 minutes. Everyone else I had called was booked a minimum of 3 days out. The men were very polite and professional. They fixed my burst pipe and even installed a line to my refrigerator for the ice maker. I will absolutely be using Enterprise for any need in the future.

Terrible customer service from their service desk employee all the way to their owner of the business. The service desk employee told me they (Enterprise) doesn't have anything to do with the warranty of the water heater that comes from Bradford. So, how could we (Enterprise) be held liable for the labor costs involved with reinstalling the new one. I said if your product that you knowingly sell through your business fails, YOU should back your product and cover that. Then.... after reviewing the invoice they sent to me, I found that they (Enterprise) charged me for 3 hours of labor to reinstall the water heater. He was actually at my house for a little over an hour. So... either his installer lied about his time or the owner was padding his invoices, hoping his customers didn't notice... Either way, the owner told us moving forward to take our business elsewhere. Way to keep it professional, Enterprise.

The plumber that came to my house came within an hour of my phone call to the office. He came in clean, professional, and courteous. Quickly changed out the element on my water heater. While working we made small talk and he even explained to me how the water heater works and why the elements go out. The best part is no payment was requested upon completion. Bill will be sent within 5 business days. 🧽
