I just received two invoices claiming that I did not pay for work done in May 2023. The fact is: I did pay King24hr and shortly thereafter was forced to pay a different plumber to do the work again! Contacted this company for what I thought would be a simple sink faucet and garbage disposal install. The tech advised that some pipes under the sink needed to be replaced so I ok'd that as part of the work. Two months later, everything he installed is leaking; ruined the cabinet under the sink, so now I have to get that fixed also. Also, he seated the drain in my new sink with a pile of plumber's putty. The drain still does not sit correctly. Long and short, I have to pay someone else to correct what I paid him to "fix" and then pay the added expense of repairing my ruined cabinet under the sink. You've been warned.

I have already asked them to come back to do a project I've been meaning to get done (replacing all of my hose bibs, which leak). Lonnie King came same day (even though it was in the evening) to address a leak under my sink and replace a shower catridge. He put coverings on his shoes to protect our carpet and flooring. Lonnie had to turn off the water to replace the shower cartridge and advised on how to do it from outside the house. I asked him to check the condition of other sinks, related pipes, toilets, and water heater. He provided an honest assessment and I felt his final bill was affordable. I appreciated the timeliness and quality of Lonnie's work. The fact that he came out within hours, on the week of Thanksgiving, was a godsend!

It literally took him 55 minutes from the time he arrived at my door, to remove the old toilet, fully install a new one, and send me an invoice. The invoice had a full description of the service, with many pictures, detailing each step of the job that had occurred. I'll definitely be using him for all my future plumbing needs!

Mr. King responded immediately to my request for service. He came out the same day to inspect my home and identity the issue. He found a huge leak coming from my water main. He gave me a reasonable quote immediately. After accepting the quote he worked fast to get the utility companies out to mark the area. Mr. King then came the very next morning to fix the issue. Lonnie came to my townhouse on Saturday morning to replace 2 toilets. He was friendly and very professional. He brought the 2 replacement toilets with him, installed them and removed the old ones, and found a problem that I didn't know about and fixed it. I felt like his fee was reasonable and I will absolutely use him again. I highly recommend him.

Our house had a clog in the main drain line and sewage was getting into the lower level bathroom toilet and bathtub. Can't use any water in the house at all and big mess in that bathroom.
